粳型香软米品种浙禾香2号在浙江省的引种表现

Introduction performance of japonica soft rice variety Zhehexiang 2 in Zhejiang Province

摘要:

浙禾香2号是嘉兴市农业科学研究院、浙江大禾种业有限公司、浙江勿忘农种业股份有限公司合作选育的单季常规晚粳水稻品种。2021年在浙江省开展引种试验并进行稻瘟病及软香米分子特征分析,浙禾香2号平均产量9 664.5 kg·hm-2,比对照秀水134增产5.8%,全生育期160 d,比对照迟3.0 d。该品种携带Pi36、Pi50、PiztPi63、PibPi64、PishPi37、PtrPikm2和Pi35等抗稻瘟病基因。该品种稻米香味调控基因fgr的第7外显子缺失7 bp。与软米品种南粳46相比,浙禾香2号中的Wx基因第1内含子的第1个碱基存在G/T差异。本研究为该品种的推广应用及进一步遗传改良奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:

Zhehexiang 2 is a single season conventional late japonica rice variety developed in collaboration with Jiaxing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Zhejiang Dahe Seed Industry Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Wuwangnong Seed Shareholding Co., Ltd. In 2021, initially the experiment was conducted in Zhejiang Province and simultaneously the molecular characteristics analysis was conducted using molecular markers. The results showed that the average yield of Zhehexiang 2 was 9 664.5 kg·hm-2, which increased by 5.8% compared with the control Xiushui 134. And its growth period was 160 days, which was 3.0 days more than the control variety. Moreover, this variety carries rice blast resistance genes, including Pi36, Pi50, Pizt, Pi63, Pib, Pi64, Pish, Pi37, Ptr, Pikm2 and Pi35. The sequence analysis revealed that there was a 7 bp missing at the 7th exon of the rice aroma regulating gene. Compared with the soft rice variety Nanjing 46, there is a G/T mutation in the first base of the Wx gene in Zhehexiang 2. These results will provide a theoretical foundation for the promotion and application of this variety and further genetic improvement.
