Abstract:

In this study, the GC-MS determination and analysis of deltamethrin (DM) residues in tea garden soil were carried out by using biochar-immobilized Aspergillus niger treatment technology. The results showed that the DM degradation effect of tea garden soil treated with Aspergillus niger was significantly better than that of the control. The DM degradation effect of tea garden soil treated with biochar-immobilized Aspergillus niger was significantly better than that of free Aspergillus niger. After DM treatment of tea garden soil for 24 hours, the DM residue in soil was the least when the biochar-immobilized Aspergillus niger was applied at a concentration of 30 g·L-1. The half-life of tea garden soil treated with biochar-immobilized Aspergillus niger was 4.093 d, which was 1.106 d shorter than that of the control. This result provides a good theoretical support for improving the soil environment of tea gardens and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the tea industry.
