Abstract:

In response to the new era development concepts of the country, Qiqihar City adheres to giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas, striving to achieve an effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and the rural revitalization strategy. To achieve the rural industrial revitalization strategy of Qiqihar City, this article took 9 county-level units in Qiqihar City as examples, constructed an index system for the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, collected panel data from 2017 to 2021, measured and analyzed the level of rural industrial integration in Qiqihar by using the entropy method and the obstacle degree model, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the industrial integration problem in rural areas: strengthening the construction of a modern agricultural service system, promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, optimizing the agricultural industrial chain, vigorously expanding the multi-functional development of agriculture, and improving the rural industrial integration system, which will provide assistance for promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy in Qiqihar City.
