Abstract:

The security of seed industry in the new era is related to national security, and the quality of seed industry science and technology talents determine the level of scientific and technological innovation in seed industry. In this study, 182 seed industry science and technology talents were selected as the research object, through online questionnaire and live discussion, in-depth analysis of the current seed industry of science and technology talents research present situation and problems was carried out, and the related suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from the optimization of science and technology talents evaluation mechanism, refining profit distribution mechanism, the enterprise integration development stimulating seed industry talent innovation, in order to provide reference for construction of seed industry science and technology team, as well as promote the development of seed industry revitalization in new era.
