Abstract:

The good ecological environment of Pan'an County endows kiwifruit with good quality. In order to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products and comprehensive agricultural benefits, and to provide reference for the revitalization of rural industries, the Institute of Agro-product Safety and Nutrition of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Pan'an County Agricultural and Rural Bureau have jointly formulated the group standard "standards for grades of Pan'an kiwifruits " on the basis of survey of the production bases, analysis of the samples, and comparison of the standards. This paper interprets the standard text from three aspects, namely, background, main technical content, and innovation points, so that readers can understand the standard more fully and provide guidance for the implementation of the standard.
