Abstract:

To screen for superior varieties suitable for the “rapeseed-ratoon rice” cropping system and to explore the associated simplified cultivation techniques，this study conducted variety comparison trials and demonstration validation involving 8 rapeseed varieties and 5 ratoon rice varieties in Changshan County，Zhejiang Province. The results showed that Fengyou 737（yield 1 533.0 kg·hm^-2，growth duration 180 d），Fengyou 112（1 530.0 kg·hm^-2，178 d），and Yangguang 131（1 416.0 kg·hm^-2，177 d）were early-maturing and high-yielding rapeseed varieties. Yongyou 4901 had a total growth duration of 210-215 d across the main and ratoon seasons with a combined yield of 14 008.5 kg·hm^-2，while Yongyou 123 had a total growth duration of 212-217 d with a combined yield of 13 919.3 kg·hm^-2，both demonstrating outstanding yield potential. Due to its shorter growth duration，Yongyou 4901 is more suitable for annual cultivation in combination with rapeseed. The demonstration trials further validated the high yield potential and adaptability of the selected variety combinations，and the corresponding simplified cultivation techniques were summarized.
