Abstract:

To optimize the production process of fermented enzymatic pellet feed, this study adopted an anaerobic granulation-first and post-fermentation approach,a gradient experiment was conducted with fermentation temperature(31,33,35,37 ℃),moisture content(27%,29%,31%,33%),and fermentation time(72,120,168 h),resulting in 16 treatment groups to systematically investigate the effects of these parameters on feed quality. The results demonstrated that under the optimal conditions of 35 ℃ fermentation temperature,29% moisture content, and 120 h fermentation time, the acid-soluble protein-to-crude-protein ratio reached 27.80%,and the viable bacterial count was 5.75×109 CFU·g-1,with no caking or mold formation observed. These parameters collectively achieved the best fermentation outcomes. The findings provide critical industrial process parameters for fermented enzymatic pellet feed production and offer guidance for developing novel livestock feeds with enhanced nutritional value and pro-biotic functionality.
