    2026, 67 (8):  1848-1854.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250761
    Abstract ( 20 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (498KB) ( 21 )

To address the feed dependence of Bostrychus sinensis on trash fish, the study selected overwintering juvenile Bostrychus sinensis as the research subject, and randomly divided them into three groups, the silver carp group(HM group),the fermented feed group(FD group),and the plum carp group(control group, trash fish,CTF group),with three replicates per group, each containing 25 fish, over an 80-day trial period. The results showed that compared with the CTF group, the survival rate of HM and FD group significantly(p<0.05)increased by 19.51 and 21.92 percentage points, and the pepsin activity and amylase activity of HM and FD group significantly increased. There were no significant differences in weight gain rate, specific growth rate, and fat full among the HM group,FD group, and CTF group. The liver to body ratio in the FD group was significantly lower than that in the CTF and HM groups. There were no significant differences in contents of crude protein, moisture, ash and crude fat,and fatty acid composition among the HM group,FD group, and CTF group. The fatty acids of Bostrychus sinensis mainly consist of C14:0、C16:0、C18:0、C16:1、C18:1、C20:1、C18:2、C18:3ALA、C20:4、C20:5、C22:6. The serum lysozyme activity, liver lysozyme activity and liver total antioxidant capacity of HM group significantly increased in comparison to CTF and FD group. Compared with the CTF group, the serum lysozyme activity and liver lysozyme activity of FD group significantly decreased, while the liver total antioxidant capacity significantly increased. In a word, feeding with silver carp and fermented feed can improve the survival rate, the digestibility of protein and the immunity of Bostrychus sinensis, without significant effect on the growth performance and nutrient composition of Bostrychus sinensis.

CHENG Shun, ZHANG Peixin, JIANG Wenping, CHI Meili, ZHENG Jianbo, LIU Shili, ZHU Chao, XIN Jianmei, LI Fei
    2026, 67 (8):  1855-1859.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250811
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (426KB) ( 19 )

Procambarus clarkii is one of the important aquaculture species in China, and releasing large-sized seedlings in March-April is currently a relatively stable farming model. To address the supply issue of large-sized seedlings, studying the temporary breeding of P. clarkii juveniles has practical significance. This study set up four treatment groups(100,200,300,and 400 individuals per square meter)to investigate the effects of different breeding densities on juveniles. After 21 days of breeding, the survival rate and weight gain rate of each group were recorded. The molting, feeding, and fighting behaviors of P. clarkii juveniles were observed, and the activities of trypsin and α-amylase as well as ecdysteroid content were measured. The results showed that treatment 1(100 individuals per square meter)achieved a survival rate of 85.71%,significantly(p<0.05)higher than the other treatments. Treatment 4(400 individuals per square meter)exhibited a weight gain rate of only 35.34%,significantly lower than the other treatments. In treatment 1,juveniles displayed stable feeding, minimal fighting, fewer molts, and lower ecdysteroid content. Treatment 4 juveniles frequently engaged in food competition and fighting, experienced more molts, and higher ecdysteroid content. Treatment 1 showed higher trypsin and α-amylase activity, while treatment 4 exhibited lower activity for these two enzymes. It is speculated that lower breeding density may help reduce food competition and fighting frequency among juveniles, thereby improving their digestive absorption capacity and survival rate. High breeding density may stimulate food competition and fighting among juveniles, potentially promote molting, but could lead to the predation of faster-growing molting juveniles by conspecifics, resulting in reduced survival rate and weight gain rate. In summary,it is recommended that the temporary breeding density for P. clarkii juveniles be set at 100 individuals per square meter to maintain higher survival rate and eight gain rate.

    2026, 67 (8):  1865-1873.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260387
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (626KB) ( 18 )

This study constructed a compound formulation using 1.0 mg·L-1 nerolidol and 1.0 g·L-1Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, measuring cell density, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and cell membrane permeability of Prorocentrum donghaiense to investigate the combined algal inhibition mechanism. The results showed that the compound formulation exerted a synergistic inhibitory effect on the growth of Prorocentrum donghaiense, with a 96 h inhibition rate of 74.75%,which was higher than that of single component. The compound not only more strongly reduced algal cell motility but also induced a sharp and persistent decrease in the actual photochemical quantum yield(Fq '/Fm '),light utilization efficiency(α),and maximum relative electron transport rate(rETRmax). Furthermore, the compound formulation further exacerbated the damage to cell membrane permeability. Therefore, the compound formulation has shown synergistic effects in inhibiting algal photosynthesis and damaging cell membranes, and has the potential to be applied as eco-friendly red tide inhibitors.

YAN Jingjing, YE Weiqing, YANG Qingman, TANG Jinyu, JIANG Qinghua, LIANG Xiao, HUANG Fuyong
    2026, 67 (8):  1874-1881.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260239
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (696KB) ( 19 )

This study focused on the high-value economic fish species Opsariichthys bidens as the research object. In response to the problems of visceral fat deposition and liver and intestinal health damage caused by unreasonable feed nutrition in its artificial breeding,a control group(commercial feed),a bile acid addition group, and a bile acid and taurine composite addition group were set up for a 56-day breeding experiment. Metabolomics technology was used to analyze the liver metabolites of Opsariichthys bidens. The results showed that both the bile acid addition group and the bile acid-taurine composite addition group could alter the metabolic profile of Opsariichthys bidens liver. Differential metabolites were mainly enriched in pathways related to fat metabolism and digestive system, such as arachidonic acid metabolism, primary bile acid synthesis, and bile secretion. Among them, the addition of bile acid alone inhibited the conversion of cholesterol into bile acid and conjugated bile acid in the liver of Opsariichthys bidens. Adding bile acid-taurine composite can promote the synthesis of free primary bile acids and conjugated bile acids in the liver of Opsariichthys bidens. The above results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of an efficient composite bile acid feed additive formula for Opsariichthys bidens, and solve the problem of nutritional incompatibility in its artificial breeding feed.

    2026, 67 (8):  1882-1887.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260335
    Abstract ( 17 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (495KB) ( 19 )

To compare the differences in production performance and muscle nutritional quality between the introduced stock Taihu No.3 and the native stock of Macrobrachium nipponense under rice-prawn rotation system, and to screen for superior stock suitable for this model, this study took the introduced stock Taihu No.3 and the native stock as research subjects, and conducted a comparative experiment under uniform stocking density, feeding management, and environmental conditions to compare the differences in growth performance and muscle nutritional composition between the two stocks. Under identical cultivation and management practices, male Taihu No. 3 prawn exhibited superior growth performance relative to native female stock. The muscle of Taihu No. 3 contained significantly (p<0.05) higher levels of crude ash, lysine, isoleucine, saturated fatty acid (SFA), polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), n-6 PUFA,and sodium than the native stock, whereas concentrations of methionine, cysteine,C20:5 n-3(EPA)+C22:6 n-3(DHA),monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), n-3 PUFA, K,P,Mg and Fe were significantly lower than those in the native stock. These findings indicate that Taihu No. 3 has advantages in growth performance, mineral deposition, and certain essential amino acid contents,as well as muscle flavor. In contrast, the native stock displayed superiority in nutritional value, umami intensity, and health benefits. Hybridization between Taihu No. 3 and the native stock could balance growth performance with nutritional quality, flavor, and functional value in M. nipponense.

    ZHOU Jianwu, MA Jiande
    2026, 67 (8):  1888-1893.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260253
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (547KB) ( 19 )

Chunchengyou 887 is a new three-line indica-japonica hybrid rice variety. It was registered in Zhejiang Province in 2023 and nationally approved in 2025,suitable for planting as single-cropping rice or double-cropping late rice in southern Zhejiang and similar ecological regions. To clarify the key high-yield cultivation techniques for this variety,a field experiment was conducted in Yongjia,Zhejiang in 2025 with double-cropping late rice as the test material. Four nitrogen application rates and four transplanting densities were set as single-factor treatments to investigate their effects on agronomic traits, yield components and grain yield. The results showed that the grain yield of Chunchengyou 887 first increased and then decreased with increasing nitrogen application rate, reaching the highest value of 10.69 t·hm-2 at a pure nitrogen rate of 255 kg·hm-2. The optimal transplanting density was 238 500 hills per hectare, with a yield of 10.41 t·hm-2. The number of effective panicles was the core factor affecting yield, showing highly significantly (p<0.01)positive correlations with both nitrogen application rate and transplanting density. In summary, the optimal comprehensive cultivation scheme for high-yield production of Chunchengyou 887 in southern Zhejiang consists of a pure nitrogen application rate of 255 kg·hm-2,a transplanting density of 238 500 hills per hectare, combined with a mass ratio of N,P2O5,K2O at 1∶0.6∶0.8,and nitrogen fertilizer management with an application rate of basal fertilizer, tillering fertilizer and panicle fertilizer at 65∶20∶15,which can achieve high and stable yield.

KE Zhen, LIN Mengqin, QI Jie, CAO Xuexian
    2026, 67 (8):  1894-1899.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250288
    Abstract ( 16 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (481KB) ( 20 )

To investigate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer on rice-wheat rotation system,a field experiment was conducted in Sanmen County,Zhejiang Province, from 2023 to 2024. Seven treatments were set up:no fertilizer control(CK),no phosphorus(NK),conventional fertilization(N100),15% nitrogen fertilizer reduction based on conventional fertilization(N85),30% nitrogen fertilizer reduction based on conventional fertilization(N70),15% nitrogen fertilizer reduction with organic fertilizer(MN85),and 30% nitrogen fertilizer reduction with organic fertilizer(MN70). The effects of different treatments on crop yield, phosphorus uptake, and soil phosphorus content were analyzed. The results showed that fertilization significantly (p<0.05) increased yield, with increases of 59.5%-64.9% for rice and 130.8%-167.0% for wheat compared with CK, and MN85 performed best among treatments. Compared with N100,MN85 significantly increased wheat grain phosphorus content by 13.7%,grain phosphorus uptake by 21.6%,and straw phosphorus uptake by 105.3%. The soil available phosphorus and soluble phosphorus contents under MN85 were increased by 57.7% and 61.6%,respectively,compared with N100,and the apparent phosphorus balance shifted from deficit to surplus. However, compared with MN85,N100 significantly increased the partial factor productivity of phosphorus fertilizer by 325.5% for rice and 306.6% for wheat. In conclusion, reducing nitrogen by 15%-30% combined with organic fertilizer can effectively improve soil phosphorus availability, promote crop phosphorus uptake, and stabilize yield, but the ratio of organic fertilizer to chemical fertilizer needs to be optimized to balance phosphorus use efficiency.

WU Xiaowen, WANG Yin, YANG Ling, PAN Zhijun, CHEN Long, LI Junsheng, HU Zhigang, SUN Lianwei, CHE Zhao
    2026, 67 (8):  1905-1911.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250121
    Abstract ( 14 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (747KB) ( 23 )

To investigate the effects of different replacement ratios of organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer on post-anthesis nitrogen metabolism and yield of wheat, six treatments were established :N0(no nitrogen fertilizer),CK(conventional fertilization, chemical fertilizer only),LO(organic fertilizer replacing 1/3 of chemical nitrogen fertilizer),MO(organic fertilizer replacing 1/2 of chemical nitrogen fertilizer),HO(organic fertilizer replacing 2/3 of chemical nitrogen fertilizer, respectively),and FO(full organic fertilizer). Except N0, the nitrogen application rate in the other treatments were the same. The SPAD value, ammonium and nitrate nitrogen contents, nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities, free amino acids and soluble protein contents in flag leaves after anthesis,as well as nitrogen use efficiency and yield of wheat were analyzed. The results showed that compared with CK,the SPAD value, nitrate and ammonium nitrogen contents, nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities in flag leaves after anthesis gradually decreased with the increase of organic fertilizer replacement ratio in general. The yield of CK was the highest, followed by LO(1/3 replacement),with no significant difference between them. For other nitrogen treatments, yield significantly (p<0.05) decreased with the increase of organic fertilizer replacement rate, with a reduction range of 14.61%-29.21%. In terms of nitrogen use efficiency, except LO,both agronomic efficiency and partial factor productivity of nitrogen in organic fertilizer replacement treatments were significantly lower than those in CK to varying degrees. In conclusion, under this experiment condition, replacement of 1/3 of chemical nitrogen by organic fertilizer can maintain wheat yield while reducing chemical fertilizer input, and can be recommended as a green cultivation fertilization measure for wheat in this region.

ZHANG Xincheng, LIU Yan, WANG Zunjie, WANG Ling, MA Shanlin
    2026, 67 (8):  1912-1921.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250923
    Abstract ( 16 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (1244KB) ( 19 )

To explore the optimal sowing date and density for developing a new released wheat variety Ningfengmai No. 6 in northern region of Zhejiang,a two-factor split-plot experiment was conducted, with sowing date as the main plot [November 19(suitable sowing,S1)and December 4(late sowing,S2)] and sowing density as the sub-plot [3.6 million grains per hectare (D1),4.5 million grains per hectare (D2),5.4 million grains per hectare (D3),and 6.3 million grains per hectare (D4)]. The effects of sowing date and sowing density on dry matter accumulation, translocation and yield of Ningfengmai No.6 were investigated. The results showed that compared with suitable sowing, late sowing decreased the average dry matter weight per stem at jointing, heading and maturity stages by 28.95%,11.16% and 6.38%,respectively.The average dry matter accumulation before and after anthesis decreased by 1 635.61 kg·hm-2 and 998.82 kg·hm-2,respectively,which finally reduced the average actual yield by 623.50 kg·hm-2. Under the S1 treatment, with the increase of sowing density, the dry matter accumulation before anthesis and its translocation, dry matter accumulation after anthesis, actual yield, and spike number showed a trend of initial increase followed by a subsequent decrease, with a peak at D3 treatment. Under the S2 treatment, the dry matter accumulation before anthesis, translocation and its contribution to grains, theoretical yield and spike number were continuously increased with rising sowing density, while the 1 000-grain weight decreased gradually. The actual yield was also the highest in the D3 treatment(4 937.29 kg·hm-2),which was 693.89 kg·hm-2 lower than that of the S1 treatment(5 631.18 kg·hm-2). Under late sowing conditions, increasing sowing density can effectively improve dry matter accumulation before anthesis, dry matter translocation and its contribution rate to grains of wheat. In conclusion, under suitable sowing date(November 19 th)and suitable density(5.4 million grains per hectare)conditions, dry matter accumulation, distribution, and yield components of Ningfengmai No. 6 were well coordinated, which woule be beneficial for the full realization of its yield potential in northern Zhejiang Province or similar ecological regions.

Effects of harvest time and method on seed damage and germination of mechanically harvested sesame
WU Hemin, ZHANG Xianmei, WEI Songshan, LI Tianqi, LIU Lifeng, LIU Meiru, WANG Qing, ZHENG Lei
    2026, 67 (8):  1940-1944.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250167
    Abstract ( 16 )   HTML ( 3 )   PDF (736KB) ( 20 )

Mechanical harvesting has become the development direction of current sesame production. In view of the insufficient research on the germination of mechanically harvested seeds, this experiment used sesame seeds obtained by different methods at different harvest time to conduct studies on seed damage and germination characteristics. The results showed that the seed damage rate of mechanical harvesting(6.50%-12.50%)was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of manual harvesting(1.00%). With the delay of mechanical harvesting time, the seed damage rate gradually decreased. Mechanical harvesting at the maturity stage specified by the current standard led to easy seed mildew. Compared with mechanical harvesting, manual harvesting resulted in significantly higher germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, and fresh weight. The damage rate of manual harvesting showed a highly significant (p<0.01)negative correlation with all other indicators. Some damaged or mildewed seeds still possessed germination ability, and a few mildewed seeds even maintained normal vigor. The maturity stage defined by the current standard is not suitable for mechanical harvesting. The mechanical harvesting time should not be earlier than the stage when the top of the plant is still not dry and three-quarters of the capsules have dehisced, and it is better to harvest when the whole plant is dry. Given the impact of mechanical harvesting on seed germination and seedling growth,it is recommended to increase the seeding rate of varieties suitable for mechanical harvesting by 11% compared with traditional varieties. This study provides a theoretical basis for determining the optimal harvest time and seeding rate for sesame varieties suitable for mechanical harvesting.

    2026, 67 (8):  1961-1965.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250439
    Abstract ( 22 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (502KB) ( 22 )

Hawthorn leaves are rich in nutrients, with a variety of health functions. In this paper, the water content, color variation, chlorophyll, vitamin C and total flavonoid content of hawthorn leaves in different varieties and different periods were compared, in order to analyze the quality characteristics of hawthorn leaves, which provided a theoretical basis for the processing and comprehensive utilization of hawthorn leaves. The results showed that during the growth period, the water content of hawthorn leaves across different varieties first increased and then stabilized, while chlorophyll content continued to rise. Vitamin C content initially increased before declining, and total flavonoid content peaked during the bud stage before decreasing. Total color differences among hawthorn leaf samples were significant (p<0.05) in the early stages but not significant in later phases. Among the test varieties, the leaves of Jinruyi during the bud stage exhibited high contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C,and total flavonoid, making it a particularly suitable variety for processing. Correlation analysis revealed that water content exhibited a highly significant(p<0.01)correlation with chlorophyll content, total flavonoid content, and color difference;chlorophyll content showed a highly significant negative correlation with total flavonoid content. These findings provided a theoretical basis for the processing and utilization of hawthorn leaves.

    2026, 67 (8):  1966-1976.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250324
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (3538KB) ( 21 )

Extreme low temperatures in winter can cause freezing injury to Korla fragrant pear trees, leading to severe secondary diseases. As a major regulatory signal during overwintering, abscisic acid(ABA)ensures safe overwintering by regulating tree dormancy and cellular physiology. To investigate the role of ABA signaling in the overwintering process of Korla fragrant pear, this study focused on PsPP2C,a key gene in the ABA signaling pathway, and identified and analyzed the response of the PsPP2C gene family to cold stress, aiming to clarify the function of this gene during overwintering. The PsPP2C gene family was subjected to genome-wide identification via bioinformatics methods, and their physicochemical properties, conserved protein domains, etc.,were analyzed. Meanwhile, the relationships between ABA content and water content as well as soluble protein content in the phloem of Korla fragrant pear during overwintering were measured to assess the role of ABA. The result showed that the genome of Korla fragrant pear contains 105 members of the PsPP2C gene family. By comparing with the PP2C genes in Arabidopsis thaliana that interact with the SnRK2 gene,a total of 10 PsPP2C genes were found to potentially participate in ABA signaling regulation during overwintering. These 10 genes are unevenly distributed on 8 chromosomes and are all upregulated during overwintering. It is speculated that these 10 PsPP2C genes may play major roles in overwintering, thereby enhancing the cold stress tolerance of Korla fragrant pear.

    2026, 67 (8):  1977-1981.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250426
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (777KB) ( 19 )

To systematically explore the texture differences in pepper fruits with different fruit shapes, the texture profile analysis(TPA)method was used to measure the main texture parameters of three commonly marketed pepper types, namely linear peppers, screw peppers, and horn peppers. Correlation analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)were conducted to reveal the internal relationships among the texture parameters. The results showed significant (p<0.05)differences in texture parameters among pepper fruits with different fruit shapes. Xinke 26(horn pepper) significantlyoutperformed screw peppers and linear peppers in hardness, elasticity, and chewiness. The adhesiveness presented an order of horn peppers>screw peppers>linear peppers, while the differences in fruit cohesiveness among the three types were relatively small. Correlation analysis indicated significant or highly significant(p<0.01) positive correlations among the texture parameters. The correlation coefficients between chewiness and key parameters such as adhesiveness, hardness, and elasticity were all at or above 0.88,demonstrating a highly synergistic change trend. PCA showed that the first two principal components accounted for 91.6% of the cumulative variance contribution rate of pepper fruit texture, with chewiness and adhesiveness having the highest loadings, which can serve as core indicators for evaluating pepper fruit texture. This study provides a scientific basis for pepper variety breeding, quality comprehensive evaluation, and processing.

    2026, 67 (8):  2003-2006.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260193
    Abstract ( 16 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (494KB) ( 19 )

Agricultural drought is influenced by multiple factors such as climate and soil, which increases the complexity of drought propagation and makes it difficult to analyze drought characteristics, thereby affecting the warning accuracy. To alleviate this problem,a spatiotemporal propagation warning method for agricultural drought based on graph neural network and multimodal data fusion has been proposed. After obtaining multimodal agricultural drought data such as meteorological, soil, and remote sensing images, the weighted average operation is used to fuse the multimodal data at the decision-making level, thereby constructing an agricultural drought spatiotemporal map. Combining the graph neural network model,by calculating the importance of spatiotemporal graph nodes and eliminating the interference of irrelevant features, the spatiotemporal propagation characteristics of agricultural drought in the spatiotemporal graph can be interpreted. On the premise of fully considering the water demand for crop growth, the corresponding drought risk assessment value is quantitatively calculated, and agricultural drought grading warning is implemented based on the designed grading system. The experimental results show that this method has a high level of accuracy in warning results, with a PR-AUC (precision-recall area under the curve) value of 0.95,indicating excellent application prospects.

    2026, 67 (8):  2007-2014.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250239
    Abstract ( 16 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (536KB) ( 18 )

As the impact of global climate change on ecosystems becomes increasingly significant, carbon footprint has emerged as an important indicator for measuring the environmental impact of agricultural production. Taking the production of Cornus officinalis in Hangzhou as a case study, this paper systematically evaluates the carbon emissions generated during the cultivation process and their temporal variation characteristics. Using life cycle assessment and carbon emission inventory methods, combined with statistical data of Hangzhou and cost-benefit data of agricultural products, this study quantifies various greenhouse gas emission sources from planting to primary processing stages. The results showed that from 2006 to 2023,the total carbon footprint of Cornus officinalis production in Hangzhou exhibited a fluctuating downward trend, the carbon footprint per unit yield first decreased and then increased, while carbon efficiency steadily improved. By analyzing the composition of the carbon footprint in each stage,it was found that fertilizer use, field management, and mechanized operations have significant impacts on carbon emissions. The study also proposes specific countermeasures such as optimizing fertilization structures, promoting green production technologies, and enhancing resource use efficiency, aiming to provide a scientific reference for promoting the green development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry and achieving carbon neutrality goals.

    2026, 67 (8):  2015-2019.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250716
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (462KB) ( 19 )

The incorporation of Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus L.)represents a green and efficient method for soil fertilization, alleviating soil degradation and environmental pollution caused by long-term chemical fertilizer application. As a traditional cultivation area for Chinese milk vetch,Zhejiang Province lacks a systematic evaluation of the nutrient accumulation characteristics and soil fertility improvement effects of its main cultivated varieties. This study conducted field experiments to compare the yield, nutrient content, and soil fertilization effects of three dominant varieties in Zhejiang Province:Anhui Nanling Yijiang,Jiangxi Yujiang Daye, and Zhejiang Ningbo Daqiao. The results indicated that the Zhejiang Ningbo Daqiao variety exhibited significantly (p<0.05) superior fresh yield and nitrogen and potassium accumulation compared with the other two varieties, demonstrating high biomass production and nutrient efficiency. All varieties significantly enhanced soil organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content after incorporation, with no significant difference in fertilization effects among varieties. This research provides a scientific basis for the selection and promotion of Chinese milk vetch varieties in Zhejiang Province, offering practical value for reducing chemical fertilizer application, improving soil fertility, and promoting green agricultural development.

    2026, 67 (8):  2020-2025.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250567
    Abstract ( 15 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (457KB) ( 20 )

To investigate sediment carbon reserve in the oyster reef restoration area of Rui’an,Zhejiang,China, this study collected vertical sediment cores from the Dingshan Phase Ⅱ(EC,EX)and Dingshan Phase Ⅲ(SX)oyster reef restoration areas in Rui'an in 2024. The characteristics of sediment organic carbon content, organic carbon density, and organic carbon reserve in the study area were explored. The results showed that the average sediment organic carbon contents in EC,EX,and SX were 0.373%,0.431%,and 0.203%,respectively,while the average organic carbon densities were 2.95×10-3,3.12×10-3,and 1.35×10-3 g·cm-3,respectively. The organic carbon content and density of sediments in all three areas exhibited wavelike changes with increasing depth, though their trends were inconsistent across sites. At the same sediment depth, the organic carbon reserve in SX showed significant(p<0.05)differences compared with those in EC and EX. For EC,the 70-80 cm profile had the highest organic carbon storage proportion within the 0-120 cm sediment layer, whereas for EX and SX,the highest proportions were both observed in the 20-30 cm profile. Grouped analysis of sediments collected from different intertidal zones in Dingshan Phase Ⅱ(EX)and Dingshan Phase Ⅲ(SX)revealed no significant differences in organic carbon density and organic carbon reserve among samples from the high, medium, and low tidal zones. These findings revealed the characteristics of sediment organic carbon content and vertical carbon reserve distribution within the Rui’an oyster reef restoration area, providing essential baseline data for evaluating the effectiveness of ecological restoration in this region.

This study aimed to clarify the developmental foundations and key challenges of new quality productive forces in the fishery sector, and to examine the underlying logic and strategic pathways through which such forces contribute to fishery modernization. By integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches, the study first reviewed the industrial foundations supporting the development of new quality productive forces in fisheries, and then identified major constraints from the perspectives of 3 key elements of new quality productive forces through statistical and comparative analysis method, and further elaborated the mechanisms and pathways by which new quality productive forces facilitate the achievement of fishery modernization. The results indicated that, building upon the solid industrial base established under a development model centered on aquaculture, addressing challenges at three levels:fishing workforce, labor targets, and means of labor, new quality productive forces can effectively enhance total factor productivity in fisheries by fostering technological innovation, promoting green development, and advancing the construction of a modern fishery industrial system, thereby providing strategic support for fishery modernization. On this basis, the study proposed policy pathways including the integration of breeding, propagation, and extension in the aquaculture seed industry guided by market demand, the promotion of smart fisheries and green aquaculture technologies, and the improvement of mechanization levels, with the aim of supporting the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of the fishery industry.

    2026, 67 (8):  2055-2062.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250382
    Abstract ( 12 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (554KB) ( 10 )

The non-grain trend of cultivated land in Fujian Province is particularly prominent. Revealing its spatiotemporal evolution patterns and driving mechanisms, and proposing corresponding governance pathways,is of great significance for ensuring food security and optimizing agricultural structure. Based on county-level data of Fujian Province from 2002 to 2022,this study systematically analyzed the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics and driving factors of the non-grain trend of cultivated land in Fujian Province using methods such as spatial autocorrelation analysis and principal component analysis, and proposed governance pathways. The results showed that, temporally, the non-grain rate exhibited a significant upward trend, which could be divided into four stages: rapid rise, slight fluctuation, steady growth, and accelerated expansion. Spatially, the non-grain trend of cultivated land showed a high-value clustering characteristic in the southeast, with the global Moran's I index ranging from 0.229 to 0.842,and the local patterns being dominated by high-high and low-low clusters. The non-grain trend of cultivated land was mainly influenced by the combined effects of physical geographical constraints, policy systems, economic factors, and urban-rural development, with the core influencing factors being physical geographical constraints and the level of economic and social development. Based on the above findings,a governance pathway centered on "natural adaptation, economic intensification, policy coordination, and technology empowerment" is proposed. The implementation of differentiated management measures will help achieve a dynamic balance between cultivated land protection and regional economic and social development in Fujian Province, providing a reference for optimizing and adjusting cultivated land protection policies under the national food security strategy.

    2026, 67 (8):  2070-2075.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250933
    Abstract ( 17 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (435KB) ( 13 )

This study focuses on the intelligent transformation of Ningbo's citrus industry, by comprehensively applying methods such as literature analysis, field research, and case comparison to systematically review domestic and international experiences, and deeply analyzes the current industrial situation, development benefits, and the bottleneck of the "five deficiencies" (deficiencies in infrastructure, data coordination, talent support, financial investment, and technical adaptation). The research finds that although Ningbo has established benchmark projects such as the "Xiangshan Citrus Industry Brain",problems still exist, including weak digital infrastructure, talent shortage, and data silos. Compared with Shouguang's whole-chain intelligent control model,Quzhou's policy-driven path, and the technology and education systems of Japan and Germany,Ningbo shows significant gaps in the depth of industrial chain digitalization and independent innovation of core technologies. Accordingly, this paper proposes optimization paths including improving policy support, strengthening technology integration, enhancing talent cultivation, and promoting industrial digitalization, aiming to provide practical references for the intelligent and large-scale promotion of Ningbo's citrus industry and similar production areas in China.

Research progress on virus elimination and long-term preservation of tissue-cultured sweet potato plantlets
    WU Yifan
    2026, 67 (8):  2080-2085.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260444
    Abstract ( 17 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (471KB) ( 20 )

As a major food crop and industrial raw material in China, sweet potato faces serious constraints to sustainable industrial development due to the intergenerational accumulation of viral diseases caused by its asexual propagation. Virus-free tissue culture technology is the core means for controlling viral diseases;however, the variety dependence of virus elimination efficiency, the risk of virus re-infection,and the lag in long-term preservation technology for tissue-cultured plantlets have become key bottlenecks limiting the continuous supply of elite germplasm. This paper systematically reviews the research progress on virus elimination and long-term preservation of tissue-cultured sweet potato plantlets, with a focus on integrating the characteristics and transmission mechanisms of mixed virus infections, diversified optimization pathways for shoot tip meristem culture, establishment of grading evaluation and propagation systems for virus-free plantlets, integrated application of virus detection technologies, and exploratory practices in cryopreservation. The review indicates that mixed infection of sweet potato viral diseases is common, and the coordinated control of vector insects is inseparable from the production of virus-free seedlings. The introduction of exogenous hormone regulation, development of variety-specific protocols, and incorporation of physical factors such as light quality have driven the evolution of virus elimination technology from single shoot tip culture to multi-factor synergistic optimization. The establishment of grading standards for virus-free plantlets and innovations such as mini-tuber seedling production have effectively improved transplant survival rates and year-round supply capacity. Virus detection has formed a combined strategy of preliminary screening and confirmatory testing, and is gradually being incorporated into standard procedures for variety promotion. Regarding long-term preservation, the limitations of traditional subculture are becoming increasingly prominent, and cryopreservation technologies, represented by the vitrification method, show application prospects;however, improving post-thaw survival rates and monitoring genetic stability remain core challenges that urgently need to be addressed. Current research is shifting from single-technology breakthroughs to systematic integrated innovation. Future efforts should focus on the original innovation of broad-spectrum antiviral strategies, the standardization of cryopreservation systems, and long-term monitoring of genetic stability of post-preservation materials,so as to promote the deep integration of advanced virus elimination technology and reliable preservation technology, thereby providing theoretical support for the high-quality development of the sweet potato seed industry and the safe conservation of germplasm resources.
