Abstract:

In order to achieve the synergistic development of agricultural digitisation and agricultural carbon emissions in Yunnan Province, agricultural digitisation and agricultural carbon emissions in Yunnan Province were measured from 2012 to 2021, and the decoupling characteristics of the two were analysed using the Tapio model, and a weak decoupling between the two was shown from 2012 to 2014, which was a more desirable condition. However, a strong negative decoupling occurred in 2015, which was an undesirable condition, and in 2016, the state returned to a weak decoupling again, which was a more desirable condition, and from 2017 to 2020, a strong decoupling again occurred between the two, which was a more desirable condition. However, in 2021, the two entered a state of declining connectivity, which was acceptable but not the most ideal. Overall, the decoupling state of agricultural digitisation and agricultural carbon emissions was more desirable, and the better the development of the digital economy, the more it can suppress the growth of agricultural carbon emissions. Finally, based on the results, corresponding suggestions are made for the synergistic development of agricultural digital economy and agricultural carbon emissions in Yunnan Province.
