Effects of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer on fruit quality and selenium content of Korla fragrant pear

Abstract:

To investigate the application effect of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer on Korla fragrant pear,different concentrations of the fertilizer were sprayed, with water sprayed as the control,and their effects on Korla fragrant pear were studied. The results showed that spraying amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer effectively increased the selenium content in both the fruits and leaves of Korla fragrant pear,improved fruit quality,increased single fruit weight,and reduced fruit peel firmness. At the spraying concentration of 1.5 g·L-1,the fruit selenium content reached the highest value of 0.101 0 mg·kg-1;the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar,and total flavonoids were also the highest,increasing by 29.99%,240.93%,and 4.79%,respectively,compared with CK;the peel firmness was the lowest,and the single fruit weight was the highest. In summary,foliar spraying of 1.5 g·L-1 amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer showed the best effect.
