Abstract:

To address the problem of soil acidification in mountain vegetable production, this study used organic fertilizer alone as the control and selected four widely used new soil conditioners, setting up five treatments to explore the effects of different conditioners combined with organic fertilizer on soil improvement and pepper yield. The results showed that T1(750 kg·hm-2 formula fertilizer + 15 000 kg·hm-2 organic fertilizer, combined with 1 500 kg·hm-2 soil conditioner 1)and T4(750 kg·hm-2 formula fertilizer +6 000 kg·hm-2 soil conditioner 4) treatments significantly (p<0.05)increased soil pH value. Compared with CK,pH value of T1 and T4 treatments increased by 0.55 and 0.38,respectively,and T1 treatment had the best effect. Compared with CK,T2 (750 kg·hm-2 formula fertilizer + 15 000 kg·hm-2 organic fertilizer, combined with 1 500 kg·hm-2 soil conditioner 2)and T4 treatments significantly increased soil available phosphorus content, and T4 treatment showed the best effect. In general, T1 and T4 treatments could maintain pepper yield, and effectively ameliorate acidic soil, thus serving as effective formulas for acidification improvement and sustained nutrient supply in acidic vegetable soils.
