    2026, 67 (9):  2105-2108.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260494
    Abstract ( 58 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (401KB) ( 177 )

Seed is the “chip” of agriculture, and its quality is directly related to national food security and agricultural sustainable development. To explore the current status of seed quality in Zhejiang Province, this paper systematically analyzed the inspection data of seed samples from the seed quality monitoring campaigns in Zhejiang Province during 2015-2024. The results showed that the overall seed quality in Zhejiang Province could basically meet agricultural production needs;however, the seed quality still lacked competitiveness, with prominent issues such as non-standard seed packaging, insufficient enterprise quality management capabilities, weak compliance awareness, and inadequate attention to seed vigor and seed health. In response to the above problems, this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions including raising ideological awareness, improving quality standard systems, comprehensively implementing seed certification, strengthening supervision and random inspection of seed quality, and enhancing publicity and guidance.

    2026, 67 (9):  2113-2118.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260373
    Abstract ( 50 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (465KB) ( 147 )

To screen high-efficiency seedling-raising agents suitable for early-spring seedling raising of ratoon rice in the southern Henan rice region, and alleviate low-temperature stress caused by late spring cold and the damage of sheath blight, this experiment took Taoyou Xiangzhan, the main cultivar of ratoon rice in southern Henan, as the test material. A low-temperature stress environment was simulated in an artificial climate chamber, with five treatments(CK,pure soil;Z,Longqi brand seedling-raising agent;Y,self-developed seedling-raising agent;X,Dr. Xu brand seedling-strengthening adjuvant;S,Chengbiao brand sulfur)set up. The regulatory effects of different treatments on seedling quality and physiological and biochemical indices were compared, and the stress resistance mechanism and application value of the self-developed formula were clarified. The results showed that under low temperature stress, compared with CK,all treatments could improve the seedling quality, among which the Y and Z treatments had better effects. The stem base width of the seedlings in treatments Y and Z significantly (p<0.05) increased by 41.2% compared with CK. The fresh weight of stems and roots in treatment Y significantly increased by 148.1% and 41.2% compared with CK. The total root length, total root surface area, and total root volume significantly increased by 67.6%,55.2%,and 100.0%, respectively, compared with CK. The incidence of seedling blight was reduced by 58.67 percentage points compared with CK. Treatment Y activated the antioxidant system:the activities of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) significantly increased by 45.56%,58.48%,35.45% compared with CK,respectively;the malondialdehyde(MDA)content significantly decreased by 28.6%,the proline and soluble sugar content were increased by 61.08%,72.88%, respectively, compared with CK,effectively maintaining cell membrane integrity and osmotic adjustment capacity. The results showed that the self-developed seedling raising agent Y significantly enhanced the low-temperature tolerance and blight resistance of ratoon rice seedlings in southern Henan, providing theoretical basis and technical support for safe early-spring seedling raising of regional ratoon rice.

LUO Chunhong, SHI Yong, LYU Zhiwei, JIN Meijuan, ZHANG Yanhui, WANG Haihou
    2026, 67 (9):  2119-2123.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250261
    Abstract ( 52 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (459KB) ( 161 )

To investigate the responses of yield and nutrient use efficiency of different rice varieties to the “one-basal-one-topdressing” fertilization mode, field experiments were conducted with two rice varieties,Huruanyu 1 and Sujing 4699. Two treatments were established:conventional fertilization mode(T1)with broadcasting of basal fertilizer, tillering fertilizer, and panicle fertilizer, and the “one-basal-one-topdressing” mode(T2)with side-deep basal fertilization and broadcasting of panicle fertilizer. The yield, yield components, panicle setting rate, and nutrient use efficiency were compared between treatments. The results showed that under T2,the yields per 667 m2 of Huruanyu 1 and Sujing 4699 were 623.5 and 611.8 kg,respectively, with no significant difference from T1. The panicle setting rate under T2 were 76.5% for Huruanyu 1 and 70.1% for Sujing 4699,which were significantly increased by 6.6 and 6.9 percentage points compared with T1. Regarding fertilizer use efficiency,T2 significantly increased the uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium,as well as grain production efficiency and dry matter production efficiency for both varieties. Specifically, the partial factor productivity of nitrogen fertilizer for Huruanyu 1 and Sujing 4699 under T2 increased by 40.7% and 20.3%,respectively,compared with T1;that of phosphorus fertilizer increased by 307.3% and 249.3%,respectively,and that of potassium fertilizer increased by 103.8% and 74.6%,respectively. Variety comparison indicated that Huruanyu 1 exhibited generally higher nutrient use efficiency than Sujing 4699 under T2. In conclusion, the “one-basal-one-topdressing” mode with side-deep basal fertilization and broadcasting of panicle fertilizer can achieve both stable rice yield and improved nutrient uptake and utilization even under reduced N,P2O5,and K2O application rates. This mode is more suitable for high-efficiency production of Huruanyu 1. For Sujing 4699,it is suggested to appropriately reduce the proportion of basal nutrients to control unproductive tillers and increase the amount of panicle fertilizer to promote the formation of productive panicles, thereby further improving its yield stability and nutrient use efficiency.

    Abstract ( 44 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (688KB) ( 143 )

Huangjinxiaoyumi is a national geographical indication agricultural product, belonging to fresh-eating waxy corn, and is characterized by its small ear size and sweet, glutinous taste. In this study, two fresh-eating waxy corn cultivars,Suyunuo 5 and Jinnuo 262,were used as controls to compare the ear shape, kernel traits, and kernel sensory quality of Huangjinxiaoyumi harvested at seven dates across two seeding dates(spring and summer). The results showed that at 17-20 days after pollination,Huangjinxiaoyumi had ear length of 10.5-11.8 cm,ear diameter of 2.4-3.0 cm,and fresh hundred-kernel weight of 14.5-16.5 g,all of which were lower than those of Suyunuo 5 and Jinnuo 262. In addition,Huangjinxiaoyumi exhibited lower kernel moisture content, higher hardness, higher soluble solids content, and stronger aroma, while its sweetness and tenderness were greatly influenced by seeding date and harvest date. Huangjinxiaoyumi also featured a short development period, rapid changes in kernel quality, and high sensitivity to climatic conditions. Therefore, appropriate sowing date and timely harvest are important measures to improve the quality stability of Huangjinxiaoyumi and ensure the healthy development of its industry.

    2026, 67 (9):  2149-2156.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250492
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (1564KB) ( 139 )

In order to investigate the differences and distribution patterns of chemical components and quality characteristics in different leaf positions of flue-cured tobacco leaves, this study took tobacco leaves as the test material, cut the leaves into 14 different zones from the tip to the base of the leaf, and tobacco strips were classified into five categories:large strip, medium strip, small strip, broken strip and fine dust, according to the size grade. Precise chemical composition analysis, cluster analysis, sensory quality evaluation were conducted on these samples. The results showed that the chemical component contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves varied greatly among different leaf positions and the size grade of tobacco strips, with obvious variation patterns from leaf tip to leaf base. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar gradually decreased from the leaf margin to the main vein, while the contents of nicotine and total nitrogen were higher in the leaf tip and leaf margin, and potassium, chlorine and pigment contents were more enriched in the leaf base. Based on the overall chemical components, the leaves can be clustered into two major categories:zones 1-7,9,10,and large strip, medium strip, broken strip, fine dust, and small strip,as well as zones 8 and 11-14. In practical production, tobacco leaves with similar clustering results can be substituted for one another, thereby alleviating the shortage of certain tobacco raw materials. The results of the study clarified the distribution patterns of chemical components in different positions of flue-cured tobacco leaves, and provided a theoretical basis for improving the refined processing of flue-cured tobacco and enhancing the utilization value of tobacco raw materials.

    2026, 67 (9):  2196-2199.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250599
    Abstract ( 40 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (380KB) ( 150 )

Anther culture is the primary method for obtaining haploid plants in pepper(Capsicum annuum L.),but it is highly genotype-dependent,and there is currently no established anther culture protocol for spiral pepper. In this study, the spiral pepper variety Bolong 37-94(Rijk Zwaan)was used as experimental material. Through screening of hormone types, optimization of hormone combinations, and pre-culture treatments,a suitable anther culture system for spiral pepper was established. Anthers of spiral pepper were collected,surface-sterilized,and then transferred to D6 medium(MS+0.5 mg·L-1 IAA+1.0 mg·L-1 NAA+2.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D+1.0 mg·L-1 KT30),followed by incubation at 35 ℃ for one day. Subsequently, the anthers were cultured under a photoperiod of 16 hours,at 24 ℃,with a light intensity of 2 000 lx until embryoids were formed. The embryoids were then transferred to MS medium and cultured until regenerated plantlets were obtained. The anther culture protocol established in this study achieved an embryoid induction rate of 5.2%. Ploidy analysis by flow cytometry confirmed that haploid plants were successfully obtained among the regenerated plantlets. This protocol provides an effective approach for accelerating pure line selection and genetic population construction in pepper.

    2026, 67 (9):  2205-2210.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260443
    Abstract ( 35 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (590KB) ( 141 )

Beet is an important sugar crop in China, and its breeding literatures contain rich structured knowledge such as varieties, traits, and genes. However, the scarcity of annotated data and the complexity of terminology limit the performance of existing entity recognition methods. To address this problem,we constructed the first dedicated dataset for named entity recognition(NER)in beet breeding in China, defining eight core entity types. Through a strategy combining small-scale manual annotation with rule-based template augmentation, the strategy effectively expanded the training samples. Using this dataset, the BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model achieved an F1 value of 90.19%,outperforming baseline model. To validate the practicality of the proposed method,we applied the model to recognize entities in 502 literatures and built a knowledge graph that centered on the literature and supports traceability. The graph's coverage and retrieval accuracy were evaluated through structured-retrieval tasks. Experimental results showed that the normalized retrieval accuracy based on the graph reached 90.8%,confirming the usability of the knowledge graph in the domain of beet breeding. This study provides an effective methodological reference for entity recognition and knowledge organization in low-resource scenarios.

    2026, 67 (9):  2211-2217.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260260
    Abstract ( 41 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (1185KB) ( 145 )

To analyze the tolerance characteristics of Clematis to waterlogging stress, this study used Clematis Midori as the experimental material and set up three treatments:control,half-waterlogging,and full-waterlogging. The growth phenotype, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde(MDA)content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)and ATP contents of Clematis under waterlogging stress were systematically analyzed. The results showed that full-waterlogging stress inhibited the growth of Clematis Midori, with obvious wilting and leaf abscission, compared with the control, the net photosynthetic rate significantly(p<0.05)decreased by 84.55%,total chlorophyll content significantly decreased by 28.15%,MDA content significantly increased by 53.22%,ACC content significantly decreased by 69.92%,and ATP content significantly decreased by 84.65%. Meanwhile, the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as peroxidase and catalase were significantly increased. ACC content reached the highest value under half-waterlogging stress. These results indicate that Clematis can initiate certain adaptive responses through ACC accumulation and the differential regulation of the antioxidant enzyme system under waterlogging stress. However, continuous severe waterlogging leads to a sharp decline in energy metabolism, aggravated membrane lipid peroxidation, and severe damage to the photosynthetic system, exceeding the physiological tolerance threshold of the plant and significantly inhibiting growth. These findings provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of stress-resistant varieties and cultivation management of Clematis.

    Abstract ( 58 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (443KB) ( 181 )

To investigate the performance and variability in growth habits and agronomic traits among different Pelargonium hortorum germplasms,28 Pelargonium hortorum germplasm resources were selected as experimental materials. Agronomic traits were observed and measured, followed by comprehensive analysis using one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, variability analysis, and clustering analysis. The results showed that A06 had the highest plant height, reaching 13.87 cm,while the maximum stem thickness was 12.86 mm(C03)and the minimum was 8.06 mm(A01). A07 demonstrated the highest branch number(4.00 branches),A06 showed the greatest leaf width(12.80 cm),and A02 recorded the highest relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),reaching 48.43. Flower number in 28 Pelargonium hortorum germplasm resources ranged from 4.33 to 13.33,with B series varieties displaying higher flower numbers than other series. A06 had the longest pedicel(20.00 cm),while the shortest was B01(9.53 cm). The average coefficient of variation(CV)for the nine agronomic traits was 15.94%,with the flower number exhibiting the highest coefficient of variation at 33.98%. Further analysis revealed that plant height showed a highly significant(p<0.01)positive correlation with crown width and pedicel length, and stem thickness exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with crown width and leaf width. Crown width demonstrated a highly significant positive correlation with branch number, leaf width, and pedicel length. Plant height showed significant(p<0.05)positive correlation with stem thickness, pedicel length showed significant positive correlation with stem thickness and leaf width. Notably,SPAD value displayed a highly significant negative correlation with crown width and leaf width. Furthermore, hierarchical cluster analysis based on nine agronomic traits categorized 28 Pelargonium hortorum accessions into six distinct groups at a distance coefficient of 15. Group Ⅱ exhibited the largest stem thickness, crown width, leaf width, and pedicel length, while Group Ⅲ performed best in plant height and branch number. Group Ⅴ had the highest leaf number and superior leaf utility, whereas Group Ⅵ demonstrated the highest SPAD value and flower number, indicating vigorous reproductive growth and higher photosynthetic efficiency. This study provides theoretical reference for the breeding and cultivation management of Pelargonium hortorum.

    2026, 67 (9):  2230-2234.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250568
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (442KB) ( 145 )

Fly insects are important pests in the citrus industry. In order to understand the occurrence pattern of fly insects in Lishui area, three representative citrus orchards were selected to use pheromone-baited traps and fly adhesive boards for trapping pests. The results showed that three species of fly insects in Lishui orchards:Bactrocera dorsalis,Zeugodacus tau,and Z. scutellatus, were trapped, with the first two being the dominant species. B. dorsalis peaked synchronously with citrus maturity, identifying it as the primary yield-reducing pest. Z. tau persisted year-round but developed a single distinct peak from late November to early December due to climatic constraints. This peak occurred later than the maturity period of citrus and did not overlap with B. dorsalis, causing no economic damage. Z. scutellatus accounted less than 3.0% of the total trapped population, warranting no specific control measures. Population dynamics were consistent across all monitoring sites. This study systematically elucidates the occurrence pattern of fly insects for the first time in citrus orchards in Lishui, providing reference for the prevention and control of fly insects in the local area.

    2026, 67 (9):  2235-2239.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260357
    Abstract ( 42 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (1165KB) ( 139 )

From garlic root rot samples collected in Shanghe County,Shandong Province,a total of 20 isolates were obtained. These isolates were identified using a combination of morphological and molecular approaches, and their pathogenicity to garlic seedlings was assessed through soil inoculation. The results showed that 17 isolates were identified as Fusarium oxysporum, and three isolates as F. ipomoeae. Both Fusarium species exhibited pathogenicity to garlic seedlings, confirming them as causal agents of garlic root rot. Among them,F. oxysporum displayed stronger pathogenicity, with average diseased plant rate and disease index reaching 95.24% and 59.59,respectively;whereas F. ipomoeae showed weaker pathogenicity, with average diseased plant rate and disease index of 66.67% and 20.32,respectively. Notably, the identification of F. ipomoeae as a pathogen of garlic root rot represented the first report of its kind, providing a theoretical basis for disease-resistant breeding and field control of garlic root rot.

    2026, 67 (9):  2240-2244.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250420
    Abstract ( 48 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (398KB) ( 141 )

In recent years, the promotion of large-scale wheat production and no-till techniques have led to less intensive field management, exacerbating weed infestations and significantly increasing control challenges. To investigate the characteristics and evolutionary mechanisms of weed community changes in wheat fields and to provide a basis for scientific control strategies,a survey was conducted in northern Zhejiang in 2024.Results showed that Alopecurus aequalis,Beckmannia syzigachne,Persicaria orientalis, and Myosoton aquaticum were the dominant weed species. Analysis revealed that shifts in planting methods, the spread of malignant weeds, changes in weed control techniques, and herbicide resistance due to prolonged use of single herbicides were key drivers of weed community succession. Therefore,it was recommended to reduce the weed seed bank in shallow soil through deep plowing, prioritize post-sowing soil sealing techniques, and establish an integrated control strategy combining agricultural measures and chemical control to enhance weed management effectiveness.

    2026, 67 (9):  2245-2249.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250522
    Abstract ( 45 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (389KB) ( 148 )

To investigate the effects of different operational parameters of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on the control efficacy against rice planthoppers, field trials were conducted during the booting stage of early-season rice and the tillering stage of late-season rice in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,China. The effects of spray volume, operating height, and flight speed on control efficacy were analyzed. The results showed that spray volume was the primary factor affecting the control efficacy of UAV. At the booting stage, increasing spray volume from 2 L to 4 L per 667 m2 improved the control efficacy by 19.95-25.59 percentage points;at the tillering stage,a spray volume of 3 L per 667 m2 was sufficient to achieve the optimal control efficacy. The effect of operating height on control efficacy varied with growth stage:at the booting stage, operating heights of 2-3 m provided relatively stable control efficacy;at the tillering stage, increasing operating height from 2 m to 4 m resulted in considerable differences in control efficacy. Flight speeds of 4 m·s-1 and 5 m·s-1 showed no significant difference in control efficacy. Under appropriate operational parameters,UAV application achieved control efficacy comparable to that of knapsack electric sprayer, with no adverse effects on rice growth. In conclusion, the recommended operational parameters for UAV application at the tillering stage of rice are operating height of 2 m,spray volume of 3 L per 667 m2,and flight speed of 4 m·s-1;at the booting stage, the recommended parameters are operating height of 2-3 m,spray volume of 4 L per 667 m2,and flight speed of 4-5 m·s-1.

    2026, 67 (9):  2250-2254.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250607
    Abstract ( 48 )   HTML ( 2 )   PDF (438KB) ( 151 )

Pomacea canaliculata(golden apple snail)is a major pest of aquatic crops. It has high fecundity and disperses rapidly with water flow. Current control measures rely primarily on chemical molluscicides, which to some extent affect water quality in paddy fields and the safety of other aquatic organisms. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop efficient and environmentally friendly “green” control strategies against this pest. In this study,we compared the effects of different fertilizer treatments, namely, ammonium bicarbonate applied as base fertilizer, ammonium bicarbonate applied as base fertilizer plus one topdressing, tea seed cake, and tobacco stem organic fertilizer, on snail mortality as well as on rice yield and agronomic traits in paddy fields in Huangyan District,Taizhou City. The results showed that all the tested fertilizer treatments exhibited certain molluscicidal effects. Among them, tea seed cake applied at 300 kg·hm-2 achieved the highest snail mortality rate of 43.38%. In terms of rice yield, all the tested treatments resulted in higher grain yields compared with the conventional fertilizer control. The highest yield was observed under the tea seed cake treatment at 375 kg·hm-2,with an increase of 1 521.20 kg·hm-2(20.37%)over the control, followed by tobacco stem organic fertilizer at 300 kg·hm-2,which gave a yield increase of 19.83%. Under different application rates of tea seed cake, both the effective panicle number and 1 000-grain weight remained at relatively high levels. The treatment of ammonium bicarbonate as basal fertilizer at 375 kg·hm-2 showed the highest net benefit increase of 3 345.29 yuan·hm-2,whereas the three application amounts of ammonium bicarbonate as one basal plus one topdressing all exhibited lower benefit increases than the other fertilizer treatments. Collectively, these findings indicate that the tested fertilizer treatments have promising potential in controlling P. canaliculata while simultaneously improving rice yield and economic returns, thus providing a valuable reference for the green management of this snail in aquatic crop fields.

    2026, 67 (9):  2255-2264.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250376
    Abstract ( 43 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (2394KB) ( 166 )

This study investigated the effects of three soil disinfection methods, irrigation with 10 mg·L-1 ozone water(R1),irrigation with 150 mg·L-1 hypochlorous acid solution(R2),and high-temperature sterilization at 121 °C for 20 min(R3), on soil microbial communities in strawberry soil with 15 years of continuous cropping. The results showed that, compared with the water control(R4),R3 caused the bacterial Chao1 index, observed OTUs,and Shannon index to first decrease and then increase, while it reduced the fungal Chao1 index, observed OTUs,and Shannon index. In contrast,R1 and R2 increased the bacterial Chao1 index, observed OTUs,and Shannon index initially, followed by a decrease, and increased the fungal Chao1 index, observed OTUs,and Shannon index. Disinfection with ozone water inhibited the growth of harmful bacteria and increased the abundance of beneficial microorganisms with soil remediation capabilities. Although R2 increased the relative abundance of Chitinophagaceae, which promotes plant growth and development,it also led to higher abundances of pathogenic genera such as Fusarium and Nectriaceae. High-temperature sterilization imposed severe stress on all soil microorganisms and affected both bacterial and fungal community structures.

    2026, 67 (9):  2265-2269.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250824
    Abstract ( 40 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (723KB) ( 150 )

This study aimed to identify the pathogen responsible for typical viral disease symptoms observed in watermelon plants in Zhejiang Province, including vein distortion, leaf crumpling, and downward curling. Total RNA extracted from symptomatic leaves was subjected to meta-transcriptomic sequencing. Through sequence assembly and alignment,a novel virus species belonging to the family Iflaviridae was identified and named Watermelon iflavirus 1(WIV1). Subsequent RT-PCR and DNA sequencing validation detected specific sequences of this virus in 7 out of 10 diseased leaf samples, yielding a positive detection rate of 70%. Further genomic annotation revealed that WIV1 encoded a single open reading frame, and the putative polyprotein shared high amino acid sequence homology with polyproteins of known members in the family Iflaviridae, consistent with the characteristics of typical Iflavirus. For the first time, this study reports the infection of watermelon plants in China by WIV1,providing a theoretical basis for pathogen identification, pathogenesis research, and the development of integrated control strategies for this viral disease.

    Abstract ( 38 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (491KB) ( 142 )

To address the issues of oxidative degradation of vitamin C and severe chromatographic interference in fruit and vegetable matrices, this study optimized the reduction procedure and chromatographic conditions of the existing high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method. The results showed that limits of detection for L-ascorbic acid and D-isoascorbic acid before reduction, and for L-ascorbic acid and D-isoascorbic acid after reduction, were as low as 0.14,0.13,0.35,and 0.32 mg·kg-1,respectively. Both isomers exhibited good linearity within the respective concentration ranges, with coefficient of determination(R2)of no less than 0.999 9. In the three-level(low,medium,and high)spiked recovery experiments(n=7),the recovery rates ranged from 90.0% to 106.0%,with relative standard deviations of no more than 2.5%. The improved method is simple in operation with less matrix interference, and can simultaneously determine the content of vitamin C before and after oxidation, making it suitable for batch detection and routine application for fruit and vegetable samples.

    2026, 67 (9):  2275-2278.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250479
    Abstract ( 36 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (367KB) ( 136 )

Addressing the cumbersome and technically challenging pre-treatment steps involved in the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method specified in the National Food Safety Standard for Determination of Lead in Foods(2023 edition),this study proposed a simplified and improved protocol. The standard-recommended palladium nitrate-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate [Pd(NO?)?] matrix modifier was replaced with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH?H?PO?) or ammonium nitrate (NH?NO?),with ashing temperatures set at 600 and 500 ℃, respectively, eliminating the need for additional solid-phase extraction column purification. Method accuracy was validated through quality control samples and addition recovery tests. The results demonstrated that both matrix modifiers maintained a good linear relationship between lead concentration(0-25.0 μg·L-1)and absorbance. When NH4H2PO4 was used as the modifier, the addition recovery rates for salt and hot pot base were 99.1% and 97.6%,respectively;whereas with NH4NO3,the recovery rate for salt reached 99.2%,but was lower at only 84.3% for hot pot base. Furthermore, when NH4H2PO4 was employed as the modifier at a calcination temperature of 600 ℃,the simulated high-salt samples exhibited lead concentrations of 0.126 and 1.083 mg·kg-1,both within the specified limits of the control samples. These findings confirm that the modification method was simple to implement, accurate, and reliable, effectively reduces pre-treatment complexity,is suitable for rapid lead determination in high-salt foods, and is well-suited for widespread application.

    2026, 67 (9):  2279-2284.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260291
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (431KB) ( 149 )

To investigate the regulatory effect of selenomethionine(SM)on the physiological status of broilers under high fluoride-induced oxidative stress conditions, this experiment selected yellow-feathered broilers with oxidative stress as the research subjects, and evaluated the effects of adding SM to the diet on growth performance, immune indicators, and serum biochemical indicators. 720 one-day-old Lingnan yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(CON),sodium fluoride (HF) group, sodium selenite(SS) group, and SM group. The HF group added 800 mg·kg-1 sodium fluoride to the basal diet, while the SS group and SM group supplemented 0.15 mg·kg-1 SS and SM on the basis of the HF diet. The experimental period was 56 days. The results showed that compared with the CON group, the average daily weight of the HF group was significantly(p<0.05)reduced,the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly increased, the serum immunoglobulin levels and immune organ indices were significantly decreased, and the serum alanine aminotransferase activity, aspartate aminotransferase activity, lactate dehydrogenase activity, glucose content, and uric acid content were significantly increased. Compared with the HF group, selenium supplementation could improve the above changes to varying degrees. Among them,SM was superior to SS in improving growth performance, immune indicators, and alleviating abnormal serum biochemical indicators. In summary, under high fluoride-induced oxidative stress conditions, adding SM to the diet can help alleviate the adverse effects of oxidative stress on the physiological functions of yellow-feathered broilers.

    2026, 67 (9):  2285-2289.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260442
    Abstract ( 38 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (665KB) ( 141 )

To systematically and comprehensively understand the residue status of pentachlorophenol(PCP)in major commercial shellfish from Ningbo and to assess the health risk of dietary exposure to PCP via shellfish consumption, shellfish samples were collected from farming areas and markets in Ningbo from 2021 to 2025. The PCP concentrations in the samples were determined. Using the risk assessment model recommended by the US EPA,combined with population structure, body weight, and shellfish consumption, the estimated daily intake(EDI),hazard quotient(HQ)for non-carcinogenic risk, and cancer risk index(R)were calculated for different age groups to conduct exposure assessment. A total of 553 samples were analyzed. The overall mean PCP concentration over the five years was 0.94 μg·kg-1,with annual concentrations ranging from ND to 38.6 μg·kg-1,showing a decreasing trend. The mean concentration in razor clams(1.28 μg·kg-1)was slightly higher than the overall mean, while other species were at relatively low levels. The HQ for all age groups ranged from 7.0×10-5 to 9.4×10-5,all far below 1. R ranged from 1.4×10-7 to 1.9×10-7,below the lower bound of the US EPA acceptable risk range(10-6). Among different shellfish species, razor clams made the highest contribution to HQ(45.4%),followed by oysters(35.5%). The contamination level of pentachlorophenol in shellfish from Ningbo is generally low,and both non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic health risks from dietary exposure via shellfish consumption are within safe and controllable limits. It is recommended to continuously strengthen the supervision of farming environments and regulate the use of pond-cleaning chemicals to ensure the quality and safety of shellfish products.

    2026, 67 (9):  2290-2293.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250602
    Abstract ( 43 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (423KB) ( 140 )

To elucidate the mediating effect of black spot disease(BSD)on muscle nutritional metabolism and its associated health risks in Macrobrachium nipponense, this study systematically compared and analyzed conventional nutritional components, amino acid composition, fatty acid composition, and mineral elements content in diseased and healthy Macrobrachium nipponense. The results indicated that BSD induced extensive dysregulation of muscle nutritional metabolism. Compared with healthy Macrobrachium nipponense, the crude protein and crude ash content of muscles in diseased Macrobrachium nipponense were significantly(p<0.01)reduced. Total amounts of amino acids(TAA),essential amino acids(EAA,particularly threonine),semi-essential amino acids(SEAA),nonessential amino acids(NEAA),and delicious amino acid(DAA)were all significantly reduced. The contents of C16:0,C18:0,C14:1,C16:1,C17:1,and the total saturated fatty acids(SFA)significantly increased, while the contents of C20:0,C22:0,C18:1,C18:3 n-3,C20:5 n-3(eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA),C22:5 n-3,C22:6 n-3(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA),EPA+DHA,total polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),and total n-3 PUFA significantly decreased. Furthermore, the contents of major elements(Na,K,Ca)and trace elements(Mn,Zn,Se)were significantly reduced. This study provides insights into the pathogenic mechanisms of BSD at the nutritional metabolic level and comprehensively reveals its detrimental effects on Macrobrachium nipponense health. The findings offer a scientific basis for developing targeted nutritional interventions and precise disease prevention strategies.

    2026, 67 (9):  2294-2297.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250212
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (383KB) ( 152 )

To study the effects of different biodegradable mulching films on the growth, yield and soil environment of taro,a comparative experiment was conducted on spring-sown taro using biodegradable film mulching, ordinary plastic film mulching and open-field cultivation. The growth of taro, soil environment and degradation of the mulching films were compared among different treatments. The results showed that biodegradable mulching films had significant soil warming effects and no significant influence on emergence rate and leaf age of taro. In terms of yield,Hongrui 8 performed best, being highly significantly(p<0.01)higher than the other treatments. Regarding degradation performance,Changfa 10 and Hongrui 8 degraded faster, while Jialemi 10 degraded slightly slower;by the time of taro harvest, the ridge surfaces of all biodegradable mulching film treatments had basically no film residue. In comprehensive comparison, biodegradable mulching films have certain advantages in taro production,as they can meet crop growth requirements and effectively control soil pollution, and thus can be promoted as substitutes for ordinary plastic films.

    2026, 67 (9):  2298-2303.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250423
    Abstract ( 34 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (466KB) ( 148 )

In order to evaluate the effect of meal residue organic fertilizer in vegetable production, cabbage was used as the test material, and no fertilization(CK),conventional chemical fertilization (CF),chemical fertilizer reduction+different amounts of commercial organic fertilizer or meal residue organic fertilizer were set up to analyze the effects of different amounts of commercial organic fertilizer or meal residue organic fertilizer on the growth of cabbage, soil physical and chemical properties, and nutrients content. The results showed that T6 treatment (chemical fertilizer reduction+15 t·hm-2 meal residue organic fertilizer) had the highest yield of cabbage, reaching 128.40 t·hm-2,which was significantly(p<0.05)increased by 652.20% compared with CK. There was no significant difference in the effect of meal residue organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer on increasing the yield of cabbage. The pH value of the soil in the experimental area was alkaline, and compared with CK,the decrease in each fertilization treatment ranged from 3.72% to 7.69%. The soil electrical conductivity of T6 treatment was the highest, significantly increasing by 146.89% compared with CK. With the increase of amounts of meal residue organic fertilizer, soil electrical conductivity showed an upward trend. The T3 treatment (chemical fertilizer reduction+15 t·hm-2 commercial organic fertilizer) had the highest contents of soil organic matter, available phosphorus, and available potassium, which significantly increased by 41.64%,83.88%,and 75.80% compared with CK. The alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content of T6 treatment was the highest, significantly increasing by 15.51% compared with CK. The yield of cabbage was highly significantly(p<0.01)positively correlated with plant height, ball diameter, and soil available phosphorus and available potassium content, highly significantly negatively correlated with soil pH value, and significantly positively correlated with soil electrical conductivity. Based on comprehensive analysis, chemical fertilizer reduction+15 t·hm-2 meal residue organic fertilizer was most suitable for the growth and development of cabbage. Its fertility is good, providing a more suitable growth environment for cabbage and allowing for better resource utilization of meal residues.

Effects of amendments and irrigation methods on salt leaching efficiency in clayey saline soil of southern Zhejiang
YANG Jian, ZHANG Mingkui, WANG Liang
    2026, 67 (9):  2309-2313.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250104
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (377KB) ( 141 )

To explore rapid improvement techniques for coastal clayey saline soil, this study used indoor soil column leaching simulation to compare the effects of different irrigation methods(freshwater,calcium-containing freshwater, and alternating brackish water and freshwater)and soil application of desulfurization gypsum on salt leaching efficiency. The results showed that applying desulfurization gypsum to the soil accelerated the infiltration rate of irrigation water and promoted the leaching of water-soluble salts. Under the same soil treatment conditions, the salt removal efficiencies of the three irrigation methods were in the order:calcium-containing freshwater > alternating brackish water and freshwater > freshwater. Freshwater irrigation tended to cause soil alkalinization, whereas calcium-containing freshwater alleviated alkalinization;desulfurization gypsum application effectively inhibited alkalinization during the leaching process. In conclusion, using desulfurization gypsum for soil improvement combined with calcium-containing freshwater or alternating brackish water and freshwater irrigation can accelerate soil desalination and improve salt leaching efficiency.

    2026, 67 (9):  2323-2327.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20250444
    Abstract ( 39 )   HTML ( 0 )   PDF (447KB) ( 152 )

With the rapid development of greenhouse agriculture in China, secondary salinization has become increasingly severe, significantly affecting crop growth and soil health. This study investigated the effects of combining biochar with Bacillus megaterium on the remediation of secondary salinized soil. Through pot experiments, the effects of biochar combined with Bacillus megaterium on soil physicochemical properties, nitrate content, and cucumber growth were investigated. The results showed that treatments incorporating biochar and Bacillus megaterium(BT1 and BT2)significantly(p<0.05)reduced soil electrical conductivity(EC)and nitrate content. Specifically, the EC value of the soil under BT2 treatment was 47.25% lower than that of the control(CK),and nitrate content also decreased significantly. Additionally, the application of biochar and Bacillus megaterium significantly improved soil enzyme activity and microbial abundance. Simultaneously, the treatment of applying biochar and Bacillus megaterium significantly increased cucumber plant height, stem thickness,above-ground dry and fresh weight, and root vitality. The treatment also significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes in cucumber leaves and reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA). These findings indicated that the synergistic effect of biochar and Bacillus megaterium is highly effective in the remediation of secondary salinized soil, providing theoretical support and technical guidance for sustainable soil management in greenhouse agriculture.

    2026, 67 (9):  2339-2344.  DOI: 10.16178/j.issn.0528-9017.20260489
    Abstract ( 51 )   HTML ( 1 )   PDF (439KB) ( 135 )

This study focuses on agripreneurs in 64 counties(cities and districts)of Zhejiang Province as the research subjects. By constructing a comprehensive livelihood resilience evaluation index system(covering three dimensions:buffering capacity,self-organizing capacity, and learning capacity),the entropy method was employed to determine indicator weights. An improved gravity model was then used to establish the spatial network structure of agripreneurs. Using UCINET 6.0 and ArcGIS software, network density, centrality, and cohesive subgroups were analyzed. The findings reveal that the overall network connectivity density of agripreneurs in Zhejiang is relatively low(network density of 0.156 8),yet significant spatial clustering characteristics exist. Core regions such as Hangzhou and Huzhou emerge as network hubs due to resource aggregation and policy advantages, while geographical proximity and industrial complementarity serve as primary drivers of strong spatial associations. The research provides theoretical foundations and practical references for optimizing regional collaborative development policies for agripreneurs.
