白羽与灰羽绍兴鸭生产性状的比较分析

摘要：

本研究旨在了解绍兴鸭羽色与生产性状的内在关联。在正反交试验基础上,选取健康状况良好的绍兴鸭836只,通过对相同周龄不同羽色绍兴鸭体重、屠宰性能、肉品质的比较,分析羽色对绍兴鸭生产性能的影响。结果表明,绍兴鸭的羽色与体重、胸肌重、腹脂重、腹脂率、胸深、胸宽、胫长、髋骨宽、胫围和腿肌pH值具有相关性,绍兴鸭的羽色影响其生长性能。本研究为开发利用白羽绍兴鸭,开展优质白羽肉鸭育种提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to understand the internal relationship between feather color and production traits of Shaoxing ducks. On the basis of the reciprocal cross experiment, 836 Shaoxing ducks with good health were selected. By comparing the body weight, slaughter performance, and meat quality of Shaoxing ducks with different feather colors of the same age, the influence of feather color on the production performance of Shaoxing ducks was analyzed. The results showed that the feather color of Shaoxing ducks was correlated with body weight, chest muscle weight, abdominal fat weight, abdominal fat percentage, chest depth, chest width, tibia length, hip bone width, tibia circumference, and pH value of leg muscle, and the feather color of Shaoxing ducks affected their growth performance. This study provided theoretical basis for the development and utilization and the breeding of high-quality Shaoxing duck with white feather.
