氟砜草胺复配药剂对水稻田抗性稗草的防治效果

Control efficacy of flusulfinam⁃based compound pesticide against resistant barnyard grass in rice fields

摘要:

为解决水稻田抗性稗草为害的生产难题,本试验探究了新型对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(HPPD)抑制剂类除草剂氟砜草胺与敌稗、氯氟吡啶酯、三唑·敌稗、三唑磺草酮的复配药剂对抗性稗草的防治效果,以探索治理稻田抗性稗草的有效措施。试验结果表明:不同复配药剂对稻田抗性稗草都表现出良好的防治效果,药后14 d株防效为81.9%~95.0%,药后21 d株防效为84.7%~94.8%,药后35 d鲜重防效为87.1%~97.7%。其中,处理1在药后14、21、35 d的防效均最低;处理4在药后14、21、35 d的防效均最高,始终显著(p0.05)高于处理1,对稻田抗性稗草的防治效果最佳。氟砜草胺与辅助型药剂复配后,其对抗性稗草的防治效果均有所提升,与敌稗复配后的防治效果最佳。药后14 d的苗情定点考察结果显示,各复配方案对水稻叶龄、茎蘖数、株高等生长指标无显著影响,安全性较好。

Abstract:

To address the production challenge posed by resistant barnyard grass in rice fields,this study investigated the control efficacy of the novel HPPD inhibitor herbicide flusulfinam in combination with propanil,florpyrauxifen-benzyl,propanil·triasulfuron,and triasulfuron against resistant barnyard grass,aiming to identify effective strategies for managing resistance in rice fields. It was shown that plant control rates were 81.9%-95.0% at 14 days after treatment (DAT),84.7%-94.8% at 21 DAT,and fresh weight control rates reached 87.1%-97.7% at 35 DAT. Among the treatments,treatment 1 consistently showed the lowest efficacy across all evaluation periods, whereas treatment 4 achieved the highest control efficacy at 14,21,and 35 DAT,which was significantly (p0.05) higher than that of Treatment 1. Furthermore,when scientifically formulated with adjuvant agents,flusulfinam demonstrated enhanced efficacy against resistant barnyard grass,with the optimal control performance achieved when combined with propanil. At 14 DAT,fixed-point surveys of seedling growth indicated that all formulations had no significant impact on rice growth indicators such as leaf age,tiller number,or plant height,demonstrating good safety.
