黄冈市设施蔬菜产业高质量发展路径

摘要：

蔬菜产业是保障市场供应、促进农民增收的重要支柱产业。本文以黄冈市为研究对象，系统探究其设施蔬菜产业发展现状、面临问题及对策建议。结果表明，黄冈市设施蔬菜产业成效显著，2025年全市设施蔬菜播种面积达2.89万hm2，产量102.70万t，已形成以麻城市、蕲春县、浠水县为核心产区的产业布局；设施类型日趋多元，智慧技术应用初见成效，设施种植净效益较高。然而，产业发展仍存在明显短板：高规格大棚（玻璃温室、日光温室）占比仅为10.04%，老旧设施大棚占比高达44.50%，设施结构适配性与后期维护不足，品种同质化问题突出；同时，高端设施建设成本高，经营主体面临较大资金压力；经营主体规模普遍偏小，产业链协同能力较弱。针对上述问题，提出如下对策：一是聚焦设施均衡发展与本土化适配，加快推进老旧设施改造升级；二是构建“政府引导—市场运作—金融支撑”的多元投入体系，强化人才队伍建设；三是延伸产业链条，打造区域公共品牌，壮大经营主体集群，以多维合力推动产业高质量发展。

Abstract:

Vegetable industry is an important pillar industry to ensure market supply and increase farmers' income. This paper takes Huanggang City as the research object to systematically investigate the development status，existing problems and countermeasures of facility vegetable industry. The results show that the facility vegetable industry in Huanggang City has achieved remarkable results. In 2025，the sown area of facility vegetables in the city reached 28 900 hm2，with a yield of 1 027 000 t，and an industrial layout with Macheng City，Qichun County and Xishui County as the core production areas has been formed. The types of facilities are becoming increasingly diverse，the application of smart technology has achieved initial results，and the net benefit of facility cultivation is relatively high. However，there are still obvious shortcomings in the industrial development：the proportion of high-standard greenhouses（glass greenhouses and solar greenhouses）is only 10.04%，while that of old and dilapidated facilities accounts for as high as 44.50%，with insufficient adaptability and maintenance of facility structures，and prominent homogenization of varieties. At the same time，the construction cost of high-end facilities is high，and business entities face great financial pressure；the scale of business entities is generally small，and the coordination capacity of the industrial chain is weak. In view of the above problems，the following countermeasures are proposed：first，focusing on balanced development and local adaptation of facilities，and accelerating the renovation and upgrading of old facilities；second，building a diversified investment system of “government guidance-market operation-financial support”，and strengthening the construction of talent teams；third，extending the industrial chain，creating regional public brands，expanding the cluster of business entities，and promoting high-quality industrial development with multiple forces.
