Abstract:

This study focuses on the intelligent transformation of Ningbo's citrus industry， by comprehensively applying methods such as literature analysis，field research，and case comparison to systematically review domestic and international experiences，and deeply analyzes the current industrial situation，development benefits，and the bottleneck of the "five deficiencies" （deficiencies in infrastructure，data coordination，talent support，financial investment，and technical adaptation）. The research finds that although Ningbo has established benchmark projects such as the "Xiangshan Citrus Industry Brain"，problems still exist，including weak digital infrastructure，talent shortage，and data silos. Compared with Shouguang's whole-chain intelligent control model，Quzhou's policy-driven path，and the technology and education systems of Japan and Germany，Ningbo shows significant gaps in the depth of industrial chain digitalization and independent innovation of core technologies. Accordingly，this paper proposes optimization paths including improving policy support，strengthening technology integration，enhancing talent cultivation，and promoting industrial digitalization，aiming to provide practical references for the intelligent and large-scale promotion of Ningbo's citrus industry and similar production areas in China.
