摘要:
为探明不同土壤调理剂对连作大棚生姜品质、产量的改善效果,采用田间小区试验,设计对照组、生物有机肥、生物有机肥+生物炭、生物有机肥+腐殖酸、生物有机肥+叶面硅肥5个处理,分析生姜品质、产量和生长指标变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,生物有机肥配施生物炭、腐殖酸或叶面硅肥处理的生姜株高显著(p<0.05)增加19.0~22.2 cm,分蘖数显著增加1.8~2.5个,茎叶鲜重显著增加45.9%~54.9%,根茎鲜重显著增加11.7%~20.7%,产量显著增加26.8%~33.6%,姜辣素含量显著增加0.34~0.48百分点。生物有机肥配施腐殖酸显著降低了生姜中Cd、Cr和Ni含量,降幅分别为31.1%、23.3%和48.8%;生物有机肥配施叶面硅肥显著降低了生姜中Pb含量,降幅为21.8%。可见,生物有机肥配施生物炭、腐殖酸或叶面硅肥可以提高生姜的品质和产量,其中以生物有机肥配施腐殖酸效果最佳。
