摘要:
为探究不同产地益母草种质资源的遗传关系及其农艺性状与药材品质表现,本研究通过序列相关扩增多态性(sequence-related amplified polymorphism,SRAP)标记,分析了来自不同产地的64份野生益母草种质资源的多样性,调查了益母草在不同时期的农艺性状并基于高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)对其标志性成分进行检测。结果表明,64份野生种质资源的遗传相似性系数较高,但是种质资源之间存在着遗传分化,且种群间遗传分化程度与地理距离表现出相关性。此外,不同地区的益母草品质差异很大,但当年筛选出的优良品系在次年均可保持其品质优势。此外,当年生栽培采收的益母草的农艺性状和品质与次年生花前期采收的益母草品质具有一定的相关性,可为益母草品质的鉴定与选育提供参考。
