豆粕减量对集约化笼养蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

Effects of soybean meal reduction on performance and egg quality of intensive caged laying hens

摘要:

我国蛋鸡养殖的饲料以玉米豆粕为主,作为大豆榨油的副产物,豆粕的价格浮动较大,为我国畜禽养殖业带来了负面影响。因此,寻求能量饲粮多元化和豆粕减量将是未来蛋鸡饲料发展的必然趋势。本试验旨在研究小麦替代玉米及豆粕减量对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明,小麦完全替代玉米,豆粕用量从25%减少至15%对蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重和料蛋比均无显著影响;小麦替代玉米,豆粕减量至18%可以显著(p0.05)提高平均蛋重。小麦替代玉米后,蛋品质指标如蛋黄比例、蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著提高;蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度没有显著变化。由此可见,小麦替代玉米并减少豆粕使用的方案不仅没有降低蛋鸡的产蛋性能,还显著增强了蛋鸡的部分蛋品质。本试验旨在为小麦在蛋鸡养殖中的应用以及减少豆粕使用提供理论与实践支撑,同时为玉米豆粕减量替代政策提供可供选择的方案。

Abstract:

At present,the feed for laying hens in China mainly consists of corn and soybean meal. As a by-product of soybean oil extraction,soybean meal has a large price fluctuation,which has a negative impact on the livestock and poultry breeding in China. Therefore,seeking the diversification of energy feed and reducing the use of soybean meal will be an inevitable trend in the future development of laying hen feed. This experiment aims to study the effects of wheat replacing corn and reducing the amount of soybean meal on the production performance and egg quality of Hy-line Brown laying hens. The results showed that when wheat completely replaced corn and the amount of soybean meal was reduced from 25% to 15%,there were no significant differences in the laying rate,average egg weight and feed-to-egg ratio of laying hens. When wheat replaced corn and the amount of soybean meal was reduced to 18%,the average egg weight can be significantly (p0.05) increased. After wheat replaced corn,the egg quality indicators such as yolk ratio,albumen height and Haugh unit were significantly improved;however,there was no significant effect on eggshell strength and eggshell thickness. It can be seen that replacing corn with wheat and reducing the amount of soybean meal not only did not reduce the laying performance of laying hens,but also significantly enhanced some egg quality of laying hens. This experiment provided theoretical and practical support for the application of wheat in laying hen breeding and reducing the use of soybean meal,and also provided an alternative solution for the policy of reducing and replacing corn and soybean meal.
