浙江省种子品质现状分析与提升策略

摘要：

种子是农业的“芯片”，其品质直接关系国家粮食安全与农业可持续发展。为探讨浙江省种子品质现状，本文对浙江省2015—2024年种子品质抽检的种子样品检验数据进行了系统分析。结果显示，目前浙江省种子品质总体可以满足农业生产，但仍缺乏竞争力，种子包装不规范问题突出，企业品质管理能力不足，合规意识薄弱，对种子活力和种子健康关注不够。针对上述问题，文章提出了提高思想认识、健全品质标准体系、全面开展种子认证、加强种子品质监督抽检、强化宣传引导等对策建议。

Abstract:

Seed is the “chip” of agriculture，and its quality is directly related to national food security and agricultural sustainable development. To explore the current status of seed quality in Zhejiang Province，this paper systematically analyzed the inspection data of seed samples from the seed quality monitoring campaigns in Zhejiang Province during 2015-2024. The results showed that the overall seed quality in Zhejiang Province could basically meet agricultural production needs；however，the seed quality still lacked competitiveness，with prominent issues such as non-standard seed packaging，insufficient enterprise quality management capabilities，weak compliance awareness，and inadequate attention to seed vigor and seed health. In response to the above problems，this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions including raising ideological awareness，improving quality standard systems，comprehensively implementing seed certification，strengthening supervision and random inspection of seed quality，and enhancing publicity and guidance.
