生物质炭对缓解温郁金连作障碍的影响研究

Study of the effect of biochar on alleviating the continuous cropping obstacle of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H. Chen & C. Ling

摘要:

本研究通过比较施用不同量生物质炭的连作土壤中温郁金产量和植株表型,发现施用生物质炭可以促进温郁金产量和植株生长;通过检测温郁金植株不同部位挥发油含量、营养元素含量,发现施用生物质炭显著提高了温郁金挥发油含量和氮磷钾营养元素含量,且每667 m2施用300 kg生物质炭时,促进效果最好。本研究检测了土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性,结果显示,施用生物质炭可以提高土壤酶活性。由此推测,施用生物质炭可以改善土壤理化性质,促进温郁金对氮磷钾的吸收,促进温郁金的生长。本研究为缓解温郁金连作障碍提供了有效途径和理论依据。

Abstract:

This study compared the yield and plant phenotype of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling in continuous cropping soils treated with different application amounts of biochar, and found that the application of biochar can promote the yield and plant growth of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling. By testing the content of volatile oil and nutrient elements in different parts of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling, it was found that the content of volatile oil and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient element contents of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling. were significantly increased by the application of biochar, and that the effect of the promotion was best when biochar was applied at 300 kg per 667 m2. In this study, the activities of catalase, urease and sucrase in soil were tested, and the results showed that the application of biochar could improve the enzyme activities in soil. It can be inferred that the application of biochar improves soil physicochemical properties, promotes the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and the growth of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling. This study provides an effective way and theoretical basis for alleviating the continuous cropping obstacles of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen & C.Ling.
