摘要:
棉仁中蛋白质、油脂及棉酚是决定棉籽价值属性的主要成分,其含量和比例受遗传背景和环境条件等的共同影响。三者合成过程中的酶、转录因子等因素是影响它们含量的主因,而温度、养分、光照和水分等环境条件和栽培措施也能起到重要的调控作用。因此,可通过选育专用品种、控制栽培条件等方式,将多样化的市场需求与农业生产相结合,从而推动棉籽的市场化利用。本文主要从遗传角度分析了棉仁蛋白质、油脂及棉酚含量的主要控制因素,并从环境等方面探讨了其外在影响效果,以期为棉花品种选育和栽培管理提供参考。
