生物有机肥对旱碱麦种植及土壤性状的影响

摘要:

为探究小麦抗盐碱专用生物有机肥对旱碱麦种植及土壤性状的影响,以未施用生物有机肥为对照(CK),设置每667 m2施入10、15、20 kg小麦抗盐碱专用生物有机肥3个处理,分别在A、B两个地块种植沧麦6002和泊麦7号两个小麦品种。通过测定种植前后土壤理化性状和微生物数量,以及小麦的农艺性状和产量,比较分析施用该生物有机肥后对旱碱麦及土壤性状的影响。结果表明,施用小麦抗盐碱专用生物有机肥能够降低土壤pH值和盐分含量,同时提升土壤有机质含量和微生物总量。种植沧麦6002的A区增产幅度为9.9%~25.8%,种植泊麦7号的B区增产幅度为13.9%~29.6%。其中,T1处理(每667 m2施用10 kg)综合表现最佳。综上,建议小麦抗盐碱专用生物有机肥的适宜用量为每667 m2 10 kg。本研究可为旱碱麦种植产业的提质增效提供理论依据。

Abstract:

To investigate the effects of a specialized bio-organic fertilizer on drought-alkali resistant wheat cultivation and soil properties,three treatments were set up with application rates of 10,15,and 20 kg per 667 m2 of the fertilizer,using no bio-organic fertilizer as the control(CK). Two wheat varieties,Cangmai 6002 and Bomai 7,were planted in two plots(A and B),respectively. Soil physicochemical properties and microbial quantities before and after planting,as well as the agronomic traits and yield of wheat,were determined to compare and analyze the effects of applying this bio-organic fertilizer. The results showed that the application of the specialized bio-organic fertilizer reduced soil pH value and salt content,while the soil organic matter content and total microbial biomass increased. The yield increase ranged from 9.9% to 25.8% in plot A(planted with Cangmai 6002),and from 13.9% to 29.6% in plot B(planted with Bomai 7). Among all treatments,T1(10 kg per 667 m2)exhibited the best overall performance. In summary,it is recommended that the appropriate application rate of this bio-organic fertilizer is 10 kg per 667 m2. This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of drought-alkali resistant wheat production.
