Abstract:

Driven by both consumption upgrading and the boom of the new-style tea beverage market，the traditional tea industry is undergoing profound transformation. Taking Quzhou City as a case study，this paper aims to explore the high-quality development path of the tea industry under the background of new-style tea beverages. The research shows that tea industry in Quzhou industry with a solid foundation in traditional premium tea，is accelerating its layout in the new-style tea beverage sector，and has achieved initial progress in industrial integration. However，bottlenecks still exist in terms of brand integration of premium tea，raw material supply for new-style tea beverages，industrial chain supporting facilities，and talent structure. To achieve the "ten-billion-yuan" industrial target on schedule，this paper proposes a dual-driven strategic concept of premium tea revitalization program and new-style tea beverage industry development program，along with specific implementation paths，aiming to provide theoretical references and practical suggestions for similar tea-producing regions.
