微生态制剂对铁观音茶叶产量和品质的提升效应

摘要：

为评价复合微生态制剂在铁观音茶树上的应用效果，为茶园绿色生产提供技术支持，以六年生铁观音茶树为试验材料，在常规技术管理基础上设置5个处理：T1，生物有机肥；T2，抗重茬微生态制剂+生物有机肥；T3，绿康威+生物有机肥；T4，抗重茬微生态制剂+绿康威+生物有机肥；T5（CK），不施菌剂。测定茶树农艺性状、产量及茶叶品质成分。结果表明，T4处理效果最佳，与CK相比，茶树叶片相对叶绿素含量（SPAD值）显著（p<0.05）提高15.7%，百叶鲜重显著提高13.3%，产量显著提高16.3%，同时茶多酚、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯（EGCG）和氨基酸含量分别较CK显著提高3.4、2.73和0.42百分点，感官评价总分达94.3分，表明抗重茬微生态制剂+绿康威+生物有机肥可通过富集品质成分有效促进铁观音茶树的生长，提高茶叶品质，适宜在茶园绿色生产中推广应用。

Abstract:

To evaluate the application effect of composite microbial ecological agents on Tieguanyin tea plants and provide technical support for green production of tea garden，six-year-old Tieguanyin tea plants were used as test materials. Five treatments were established based on conventional technical management：T1，bio-organic fertilizer；T2，anti-replanting microbial agent + bio-organic fertilizer；T3，Lyukangwei + bio-organic fertilizer；T4，anti-replanting microbial agent + Lyukangwei + bio-organic fertilizer； T5（CK），no microbial agent application. Agronomic traits，yield，and tea quality components were measured. The results showed that T4 showed the best effect，with a significant（p<0.05）increase in relative chlorophyll content（SPAD value）of tea leaves by 15.7%，a significant increase in fresh weight of 100 leaves by 13.3%，and a significant increase in yield by 16.3% compared with CK. At the same time，tea polyphenols，epigallocatechin gallate（EGCG），and amino acid content were significantly increased by 3.4，2.73，and 0.42 percentage points，respectively，compared with CK. The sensory evaluation score reached 94.3 points. The composite microbial agent combination of anti-replanting microbial agent + Lyukangwei + bio-organic fertilizer can effectively promote the growth of Tieguanyin tea plants and improve tea quality by enriching quality components，making it a suitable green production technology for tea gardens.
