摘要:
冬季极端低温环境会造成香梨树体冻伤,进而引发严重的次生病害。脱落酸(ABA)作为越冬过程中的主要调控信号,通过调控树体休眠和细胞生理,保障树体安全越冬。为探讨ABA信号在库尔勒香梨越冬中的作用模式,本研究以ABA信号通路中的关键基因PP2C为研究对象,鉴定并分析了库尔勒香梨PP2C(PsPP2C)基因家族对低温胁迫的响应,以明确该基因在库尔勒香梨越冬过程中的功能与作用。通过生物信息学方法对库尔勒香梨PsPP2C基因家族进行基因组鉴定,分析其理化性质、蛋白保守结构域等;同时测定越冬过程中库尔勒香梨韧皮部ABA与水分、可溶性蛋白含量的关系,分析ABA在越冬过程中的作用。结果表明,库尔勒香梨基因组中共包含105个PsPP2C基因家族成员。通过与拟南芥中与SnRK2基因互作的PP2C进行比对,发现共有10个PsPP2C基因可能参与越冬ABA信号调控,这10个基因不均匀地分布在8条染色体上,且在越冬过程中均表达上调,推测其可能在越冬过程中发挥主要作用,从而提高库尔勒香梨对冷胁迫的耐受性。
