Abstract:

By revealing the effects of rockwool water-fertilizer integration technology(RWFIT)on extracellular enzyme activities(EEAs)and nutrients in different soil layers of tea plantations, this study preliminarily explored the application effectiveness and potential of this technology in tea cultivation. We investigated the soil EEAs,nutrient content, and other chemical properties at different depths(0-10,11-20,and 21-40 cm)under the application of RWFIT in Lingfengsi Forest Farm Tea Plantation,Anji County,Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the RWFIT enhanced organic carbon and nutrient content in deeper soil layers while reducing the activities of cellobiohydrolase,β-1,4-glucosidase,β-1,4-xylosidase,β-N-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminidase,acid phosphatase across the three soil layers, indicating its potential to effectively alleviate nutrient limitations in deep soil layers and promote crop growth. This study provided a theoretical foundation for the future application and promotion of this technology in agricultural and forestry soils.
