Exploration of practical dilemmas and innovative pathways in technology-enabled rural revitalization：a case study of Deqing County，Zhejiang Province

Technological innovation serves as the core driving force for rural revitalization，playing a pivotal role in optimizing resource allocation，enhancing production efficiency，promoting green development，and coordinating urban-rural integration. This study systematically examines the innovative practices of Deqing County，one of the national rural revitalization demonstration counties，through a comprehensive analysis of its practical approaches to industrial upgrading，ecological optimization，talent aggregation，cultural revitalization，and governance innovation. Based on Deqing's experience，this paper suggests to strengthen systematic digital infrastructure construction，promote collaborative innovation in green technologies，establish multi-level talent support systems，advance digital governance modernization，and revitalize rural cultural values. These findings provide both theoretical references and practical paradigms for coordinating technological empowerment with institutional reforms nationwide to overcome bottlenecks in comprehensive rural revitalization.
