药用植物铁皮石斛内生菌多样性研究进展

摘要:

内生菌广泛存在于健康植物的各种组织和器官,通过自身代谢产物或诱导植物产生次生代谢产物,直接或间接对寄生植物产生作用,在医疗、农业、园艺、污染防治等领域发挥重要作用。植物内生菌与药用植物相互作用也是影响药用植物产量和质量的重要因素,部分药用植物内生菌代谢产物与宿主植物的活性成分相似或相同。通过对药用植物种质资源分类和遗传多样性研究,以及铁皮石斛内生菌资源的分离鉴定研究,在药用石斛资源的保护利用方面取得了较为丰富的成果。本研究简述了铁皮石斛种植现状和存在的问题,对铁皮石斛中内生菌种类和生物学活性的研究现状进行归纳总结,为铁皮石斛内生菌资源研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Endophytes are widely present in various tissues and organs of healthy plants, and directly or indirectly act on parasitic plants through their own metabolites or by inducing plants to produce secondary metabolites, and play an important role in medicine, agriculture, horticulture, pollution prevention and control, and other fields. The interaction between plant endophytes and medicinal plants is also an important factor affecting the yield and quality of medicinal plants, and some endophyte metabolites of medicinal plants are similar or identical to the active ingredients of host plants. Rich achievements have been made in protection and utilization of medicinal resources, due to the study of germplasm resources classification and genetic diversity in medicinal plants, as well as isolation and identification of endophytic resources in Dendrobium officinale. In this review, the research status of endophytic species and biological activities in Dendrobium officinale were summarized, and the current status and existing problems of Dendrobium officinale cultivation were briefly described, so as to provide reference for the research of endophytic resources of Dendrobium officinale.
