Abstract:

Conducting cultivated land quality monitoring is of great significance for ensuring national food security and the stable supply of important agricultural products. This paper focuses on the practical work of cultivated land quality monitoring in Zhejiang Province. Based on a special survey conducted in 11 prefecture-level cities across the province,it provides an in-depth analysis of the achievements and existing problems of the cultivated land quality monitoring system in Zhejiang Province, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimal layout. The results show that the cultivated land quality monitoring system in Zhejiang Province is characterized by a relatively complete monitoring network and a sound management system, but also faces issues such as insufficient representativeness of some monitoring points and difficulties in long-term operation and maintenance. To address these problems, this paper proposes countermeasures including optimizing the layout of the cultivated land monitoring network, strictly controlling the quality of sample collection and testing, encouraging counties and districts to add long-term positioned monitoring functional areas for cultivated land quality, and strengthening the construction of a tiered professional talent team. These suggestions aim to provide scientific references for improving the accuracy and effectiveness of cultivated land quality monitoring in Zhejiang Province and consolidating the foundation of food security.
