Analysis and comparison of the main components of different Xiaoxianggou

Abstract:

To screen the excellent Xiaoxianggou germplasm resources,the main active ingredients and nutritional components of 14 Xiaoxianggou samples were determined using methods such as high-performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that some differences in the main components of different samples. Among these,sample 1 had the highest content of psoralen. Sample 3 had the highest total triterpenoid content. Sample 2 had the highest total phenolic content and total polysaccharide content. Sample 14 had the highest flavonoid content and protein content. Sample 11 had the highest crude fat content. Overall,samples 4 and 14 showed excellent content of flavonoids and total polysaccharides,with significant potential for further development.
