东亚小花蝽饲养替代猎物的筛选及评价

Screening and evaluation of alternative prey for rearing Orius sauteri

摘要:

为筛选适宜东亚小花蝽[Orius sauteri(Poppius)]规模化繁育的高效替代猎物,为其工厂化生产与田间推广应用提供理论依据和技术支撑,本研究在室内恒温条件下,采用单头饲养与群体配对饲养相结合的方法,系统评价东方黏虫卵[Mythimna separata(Walker)]、劳氏黏虫卵[Mythimna loreyi(Duponchel)]、黄地老虎卵[Agrotis segetum(Denis Schiffermüller)]、甘蓝夜蛾卵[Mamestra brassicae(Linnaeus)]、八字地老虎卵[Xestia c-nigrum(Linnaeus)]5种夜蛾科昆虫卵对东亚小花蝽若虫发育历期、存活率、成虫获得率、性比及成虫繁殖力、寿命的影响。结果表明,东亚小花蝽取食东方黏虫卵、劳氏黏虫卵和甘蓝夜蛾卵可顺利完成世代发育,三者若虫总发育历期分别为12.72、13.08和13.19 d,相互间无显著差异;成虫获得率分别达88.33%、86.67%、88.33%,显著(p0.05)高于黄地老虎卵(11.67%)和八字地老虎卵(10.00%)处理。繁殖力方面,取食东方黏虫卵的东亚小花蝽产卵前期(2.98 d)历时最短,单雌产卵量(98.25粒)最高,雌成虫寿命(27.76 d)最长。取食黄地老虎卵和八字地老虎卵的东亚小花蝽若虫极少能完成羽化,无法满足其正常生长发育需求。综上,东方黏虫卵、劳氏黏虫卵、甘蓝夜蛾卵均可作为东亚小花蝽规模化人工饲养的适宜猎物,其中东方黏虫卵饲养效果最优;劳氏黏虫卵和甘蓝夜蛾卵具备规模化繁育的原料优势,可作为东亚小花蝽工厂化生产的替代猎物。

Abstract:

To screen for high-efficiency alternative prey suitable for the mass rearing of Orius sauteri(Poppius),and provide a theoretical basis and technical support for its industrial production and field popularization and application,this study under laboratory constant temperature conditions,using a combination of individual rearing and group paired rearing,systematically evaluated the effects of eggs from five Noctuidae species [namely Mythimna separata(Walker),Mythimna loreyi(Duponchel),Agrotis segetum(Denis Schiffermüller),Mamestra brassicae(Linnaeus),and Xestia c-nigrum(Linnaeus)] on the nymphal development duration,survival rate,adult acquisition rate,sex ratio,as well as adult fecundity and longevity of O. sauteri. The results showed that O. sauteri feeding on eggs of M. separataM. loreyi and M. brassicae could successfully complete the generation development. The total nymphal development durations of the three treatments were 12.72,13.08 and 13.19 d,respectively,with no significant difference among them. The adult acquisition rates reached 88.33%,86.67% and 88.33%,respectively,which were significantly (p0.05) higher than those in the treatments with A. segetum eggs(11.67%)and X. c-nigrum eggs(10.00%). In terms of fecundity,O. sauteri fed on M. separata eggs had the the shortest pre-oviposition period(2.98 d)and the highest oviposition amount per female(98.25 eggs),and the longest female adult longevity(27.76 d). Very few nymphs of O. sauteri feeding on A. segetum and X. c-nigrum eggs could complete emergence,which failed to meet the requirements for their normal growth and development.In conclusion,eggs of M. separataM. loreyi and M. brassicae can all be used as suitable prey for large-scale artificial rearing of O. sauteri,among which M. separata eggs present the optimal rearing effect. M. loreyi and M. brassicae eggs have raw material advantages for large-scale breeding,and can be used as alternative prey for the industrial production of O. sauteri.
