Analysis of adaptability, yield and polysaccharide content of Polygonatum sibiricum from different sources

摘要:

对47份不同来源的黄精进行生长期、产量及多糖含量的分析。黄精的生长期为58~245 d,种植3 a的黄精产量为17.50~199.67 g,多糖含量范围为7.08%~26.28%。生长期与产量和多糖含量呈极显著正相关,根茎产量和多糖含量相关性不显著。有9份种源为综合性优质种源。本研究为黄精资源在福建三明地区的合理应用、引种驯化及优良品种选育提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The growth period, yield and polysaccharide content of 47 samples of Polygonatum sibiricum from different sources were analyzed. The growth period of Polygonatum sibiricum was 58-245 days, the tuber weight of Polygonatum sibiricum was 17.50-199.67 g, and the polysaccharide content ranged 7.08%-26.28%. There was a significant positive correlation between growth period and yield, polysaccharide content, but there was no significant correlation between rhizome yield and polysaccharide content. 9 materials showed comprehensive high quality. This study provides a theoretical basis for the rational application, introduction and domestication of Polygonatum sibiricum resources and the breeding of excellent varieties in Sanming Area of Fujian Province.
