摘要:

栀子黄色素是从栀子果实提取的以藏红花素和藏红花酸为主要成分的混合物,其着色性好、药理活性广泛且安全性高。当下人们对安全和健康的关注持续上升,大健康产业蓬勃发展,天然色素的需求量随之逐年上升,栀子黄色素在食品、面料、医药等领域具有广阔的应用前景。为了解栀子黄色素的发展现状、拓宽其应用范围,本文简要综述了栀子黄色素的性质、提取工艺、精制工艺以及应用现状。

Abstract:

The gardenia yellow pigment is a mixture extracted from the fruit of the gardenia, mainly containing crocin and crocetin. It exhibits excellent coloration, wide pharmacological activity, and high safety. With the increasing concern for safety and health among people, the health industry is thriving, leading to a growing demand for natural pigments. As a result, the gardenia yellow pigment has promising application prospects in various fields such as food, fabrics and medicine. To gain insights into the current development status of gardenia yellow pigment and explore its potential for expanded application, this paper briefly reviews its properties, extraction technology, purification technology and application status.
